Amazon’s requirements for FBM toy sellers in Q4

  1. Must have completed a sale transaction in any category, not limited to toys and games, before September 2021;
  2. Must have processed and delivered at least 25 FBM orders between August 2021 and October 2021.

 
 

Other requirements for toy sellers are as follows

  • As of October 2021, the order defect rate is less than 1%;
  • The pre-delivery cancellation rate for the September-October 2021 period was less than 1.75%;
  • The delayed shipment rate was less than 4% between September and October 2021.

 
 

Tips for toy sellers to increase their chances of having explosive sales in Q4

To ensure your seller account metrics are in compliance with Amazon’s toy sales eligibility criteria during the 2021 Holiday Selling Season, sellers should check the following criteria under the Performance/Account Health section in their seller account:

  • Monitors client metrics and takes corrective action when necessary;
  • Check your orders frequently in the Manage Orders section of your seller account;
  • Minimize order cancellations and only display available inventory that can be shipped.
  • When orders cannot be fulfilled (during holidays), please update the seller account status in a timely manner ;
  • Timely delivery and confirmation of shipment ;
  • Make sure to review and follow the latest seller policies in a timely manner;
  • If you work with an external distributor, please abide by the SLA commitment and provide delivery confirmation in a timely manner.

 
 
It is learned that November 1 is Amazon's FBA inventory cutoff date for US sellers. Sellers need to ensure that their products are on sale in time before Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and Christmas.

When order volumes surge during peak sales seasons, FBA sellers can consider using FBM to enhance delivery capabilities.
