In the announcement, Tianze Information stated that due to factors such as the epidemic in 2020, the huge development potential of the cross-border e-commerce export industry was stimulated, and many companies in the industry achieved rapid development.
 
In order to prevent out-of-stock situations, Youkeshu, a subsidiary of Tianze Information, has been stocking up a lot since the second half of 2020. However, since the second quarter of 2021, the policy environment of the Amazon platform has changed, and a large number of Youkeshu stores have been closed, a large amount of inventory has become unsalable, and its performance has suffered a serious impact.

1. Clear inventory at low prices in offline channels to recover cash flow

The announcement shows that the number of Youkeshu employees has been reduced from more than 3,000 in December 2020 to more than 500 in March 2022; the number of leased offices has been reduced from 24 in December 2020 to 4 in March 2022. In its announcement in response to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Tianze Information mentioned that due to the continued influence of changes in the policy environment of the Amazon platform and fierce competition in the European and American markets, the scale of the company's cross-border e-commerce business in 2022 has shrunk compared with the same period, but the net cash flow generated by the company's overall operating activities in the first quarter of 2022 has turned from negative to positive, an increase of 104.66% compared with the same period, and the operating income in the second quarter has shown signs of stopping the decline.
 
In addition, based on the current situation and judgment of the future industry, Tianze Information also gave forecasts for operating costs and gross profit margins from 2022 to 2026, indicating that future performance will continue to grow steadily.
