During the reporting period, Daotong Technology achieved operating income of 1.033 billion yuan , a decrease of 1.24% from the same period last year; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 0.85 billion yuan , a decrease of 62.96% from the same period last year.
 
 
Daotong Technology stated that the company's net profit decline was mainly due to the sales and R&D expenses totaling 78.224 million yuan generated by the new energy business in the first half of 2022.
 
It is learned that in recent years, many products of Autel, the main brand of Autel, have often entered the Best Sellers list of Amazon's auto parts category. The company has always insisted on independent research and development and continuous innovation, which is the "moat" for its continued rapid growth in performance.
 
 
During the reporting period, from the perspective of sales regions, although Daotong Technology's main business revenue in the North American market decreased by 23.21% year-on-year, its main business revenue in the European market increased by 20.38% year-on -year, mainly due to the rapid growth of comprehensive automotive diagnostic products, TPMS products and software cloud services during the reporting period.
 
It can be seen that Daotong Technology's revenue has declined in the first half of this year, which is indeed mainly due to the large amount of investment in research and development. It is preparing for the outbreak of related auto parts products under the new energy vehicle trend, and the prospects for the overseas auto parts e-commerce market are still broad.

KEMIMOTO chose to delve into the UTV/ATV extreme off-road vehicle accessories segment in the European and American markets, and achieved an excellent performance of annual sales of over 1 billion in overseas markets .
