Policy Introduction

Merchants involved in "A+ Logistics Plan Orders" need to choose appropriate logistics channels.

There are two specific standards:

If the product order is subject to the "Confirmed Delivery Policy", merchants must choose WishPost's Ansupa standard channel to fulfill the order.

If the order is not subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy, merchants can choose one of WishPost's Ansupai Economy and Ansupai Standard channels to fulfill the order. Merchants may be subject to fines and/or penalties if they fail to fulfill the order in accordance with the standards.

Policy advantages

1. Merchants must deliver the order to the A+ Logistics Plan Warehouse within 168 hours (7 natural days) after the A+ Logistics Plan order is released according to the delivery address specified on the Wish Merchant Backstage and WishPost. The delivery address can be found on the Wish Merchant Backstage and WishPost. If the order is not delivered to the A+ Logistics Plan Warehouse within 168 hours, Wish will charge the merchant 100% of the shipping fee according to the price list, plus 50% of the original shipping fee.

2. If the merchant complies with all policies and delivers the order to the A+ logistics program warehouse on time, they can apply for logistics insurance, which will cover up to 70% of the order refund amount due to logistics reasons. The refund insurance amount due to logistics reasons will be automatically reviewed and paid to the merchant within 45 days. If the compliant order does not receive the insurance payment within 45 days, the merchant can contact WishPost customer service for consultation.

3. Merchants can deliver relevant orders to the A+ logistics plan warehouse through the collection service providers supported by Wish or by self-delivery. The delivery address can be found on the Wish merchant backend and WishPost.
