Go to the Active Listings page in Seller Central, click Offer to Buyers, then click Eligible Items to view eligible listing information;

Your listing does not need to contain the best offer to be eligible to send quote offers to buyers.

If a seller sends this message, buyers can also opt out of receiving offers by changing their communication preferences.
