Q: What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

A: In case of damaged goods, please do not accept the delivery of the same. On rejection of delivery, please contact our customer service immediately and inform the same. We will help you find an alternative solution - ship a replacement or cancel the order.

Q: How will I get a refund for a cancelled order?

A: For post-payment (cash on delivery or credit) orders, the cancellation fee (if any) will be applied to your next purchase. For pre-payment orders (paid online), upon cancellation, your remaining balance will be refunded to you via the same payment method you used for the transaction. In case of cash on delivery, you will receive a credit voucher for the same amount in your Flipdent account.
