Rates

1. CaresPAY collects payments from all customers, regardless of currency, and generally charges 0.7% of the withdrawal amount. If your monthly turnover exceeds USD 500,000, you can contact your account manager.

2. If you withdraw cash to a Hong Kong bank account, the Hong Kong bank will charge a certain fee, which you will need to bear. The specific fee is subject to the bank's charges.

Registration Information

Individual users

1. Mobile phone number and email address used to register the account

2. Color photocopy of the front and back of your ID card (valid for more than 3 months)

3. A photo of the registrant holding his/her ID card and showing his/her face;

4. Payment authorization information for e-commerce platform stores

5. Domestic bank account information of the registrant

Mainland China Business Account

1. The mobile phone number and email address used to register the account;

2. Color photocopies of the front and back of the legal representative's ID card;

3. A color photocopy of the business license of the enterprise;

4. A photocopy of the legal representative's ID card;

5. Payment authorization information of e-commerce platform stores;

6. Domestic bank account information of the enterprise for receiving payment;

7. Photocopy of the front/back of the ID card of shareholders holding 25% or more of the shares;

8. After the initial review, you may need to upload the company's articles of association and equity structure diagram;

9. If RMB is eventually required to be credited to the company's public account, the company needs to register in the [Enterprise Directory for Foreign Exchange Receipts and Payments for Trade] (except for Shenzhen, where the [Enterprise Directory for Foreign Exchange Receipts and Payments for Trade] requires the company to register as a [Foreign Trade Operator].

Hong Kong Business Account

1. The mainland mobile phone number and email address used to register the account;

2. A photocopy of the business registration certificate;

3. A photocopy of the company registration certificate;

4. A photocopy of the incorporation form;

5. Photocopy of the director’s identity information (one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card/Passport/Second Generation Identity Card);

6. Payment authorization information of e-commerce platform stores;

7. The company's Hong Kong receiving bank account information;

8. Photocopy of information of shareholders holding 25% or more of the shares (one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card/Passport/Second Generation Identity Card);

9. After the initial review, you may be required to upload the company's articles of association, shareholding structure chart and address proof documents.

Note: Please ensure that the photocopies you provide are photocopies of the original documents and are within the validity period. The photocopies are legible and the size of a single file does not exceed 5M. The file format is bmp, png, jpeg, jpg.
