Foreign trade companies only need to publish their international logistics needs with one click to quickly obtain the most cost-effective international logistics transportation solutions and prices. After the order is confirmed, "Yunquna" will provide a full range of security services, allowing foreign trade companies to save more money, time and worry.

At the same time, Yunquna has opened the logistics management system, which was previously only available to large enterprises, to foreign trade enterprises for free. The new online SaaS system of Logistics Manager has rich functions such as logistics tracking, internal enterprise collaboration, export document preparation, logistics supplier management, logistics data reports, and online confirmation of bills, helping foreign trade enterprises to quickly improve the efficiency of international logistics management.

1. Recommend high-quality freight forwarders - a matchmaking platform for shippers to connect with freight forwarders

More than 20,000 freight forwarders have joined the Yunquna platform, and its business covers more than 90% of the world's major shipping routes. On this basis, Yunquna provides intermediary matching services between shippers and freight forwarders, providing shippers with quotation selection and auxiliary supervision, while connecting freight forwarders with cargo resources.

Yunquna has established a qualification certification system for freight forwarding suppliers, which can conduct digital measurement based on the freight forwarder's historical transactions, qualifications, advantageous routes and other information, recommend freight forwarders that have been optimized by the model to shippers, and provide process supervision and settlement guarantees in subsequent transactions.

2. Comprehensive service freight rate inquiry before shipment

Yunquna currently provides export shipping logistics pre-shipping services for companies with export logistics needs, including: shipping booking, sea (land) transportation insurance, trailers, warehouse loading, and customs declaration.

Currently, our services cover ports such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Nanjing, Dalian, Tianjin and Jiaxing.

Pre-shipment services are customizable and customers can select one or more services.

Financing

In December 2014 , it received Series A funding from Source Code Capital.

In June 2017 , it received another RMB 50 million in A+ round of financing from DCM Galaxy and Chunxiao Capital.

In October 2017 , it received nearly RMB 100 million in A+ round financing from China Merchants Venture Capital.

In November 2018 , "Yunquna" announced that it had completed its B1 round of strategic financing, with Sumitomo Corporation Asia Capital as the investor.

In February 2019 , "Yunquna" announced that it had officially completed a B2 round of financing of tens of millions of dollars, led by the world-renowned investment institution Coatue , followed by old shareholders DCM , China Merchants Venture Capital, and Source Code Capital, and Duowei Haituo served as the exclusive financial advisor.

In June 2019 , Yunquna, a leading one-stop international logistics online service platform in China, officially announced that it had completed a new round of US$ 70 million in Series C financing. This round of financing was jointly led by Sequoia Capital China Fund and Coatue , followed by Source Code Capital, and Multidimensional Haituo served as the exclusive financial advisor.
