In 2018, IndiaMART's revenue grew to Rs 4,105 crore and it posted a profit of Rs 460 crore in 2018.

On June 24, 2019, according to foreign media reports, IndiaMART, India's largest B2B platform, launched its initial public offering (IPO) on this day. It will sell shares at a price of 970 Indian rupees per share, with a maximum fundraising amount of 47.6 billion rupees. IndiaMart's equity will be listed on BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.

Financing

In early 2009, the company received Rs 500 crore in Series A funding from Intel Capital, with investments from IndiaMART, One97 Communications and Global Talent Track.

In March 2016, IndiaMart completed its Series C financing, led by Amadeus Capital, with participation from Westbridge Capital (India-US multinational venture capital) and Accion Frontier Inclusion Fund, as well as original investor Intel Capital. The funds will be used for its own business expansion and the construction of its e-commerce platform Tolexo.

In June 2018, IndiaMART had filled draft documents with SEBI to raise $88.24 million through its IPO and get listed on NSE and BSE exchanges.
