Huang Jin returned to China from Silicon Valley in 2000 and founded the Ambo Education Group. Before founding Ambo, Dr. Huang Jin was a software design expert in Silicon Valley, USA, and had in-depth research and outstanding contributions in the fields of integrated circuit computer-aided design and software engineering. Huang Jin graduated from the Department of Computer Science of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 1988, and then was admitted to the joint doctoral program of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and went to the United States to complete her doctoral dissertation. She obtained her doctoral degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 1994. She is a part-time professor at Beijing Normal University, the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and other institutions. She also serves as a consultant to the Beijing Overseas Expert Advisory Group and vice president of the Beijing Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce. She was admitted to the Department of Computer Science of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China at the age of 15 , and obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in computer software in 1985 and 1988 respectively.

In 1988, he was admitted to the joint doctoral program of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the University of California, Berkeley.

He went to the United States to study in 1990.

In 1994, he received his Ph.D. degree jointly from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the University of California, Berkeley.

He entered the Silicon Valley industry in 1992 and is one of the founding engineers of AVANT Corporation in the United States. He has served as the company's chief engineer and senior technical supervisor.

In 1997, he founded Ambow Corporation in Silicon Valley, USA .

At the end of 1999, he founded Ambow Education in Silicon Valley, USA . In 1999, he returned to China to start his own business and established Beijing Ambow Software Engineering Co., Ltd. in Beijing Zhongguancun Wangjing Science Park.

On October 26, 2015 , Huang Jin was invited to attend the " 2015 China Family Education Innovation and Development Summit Forum" hosted by the National Development Education Instructor Project Management Office at No. 2 Fucheng Road, Haidian District (near Sanlihe Road) , and made an important speech.
