Security

VcanFinTech Ltd., the Hong Kong head office, and its subsidiaries in the United States and the United Kingdom all hold local licenses and are supervised by financial regulators in Hong Kong, the United States and the United Kingdom, namely the Hong Kong Customs (HKCoustoms), the United States FinCEN (Money Service Business) and the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA").

Account Registration

1. Go to Vcan's official website (cn.vcanfintech.com) and click "Register". Fill in the applicant's contact information, remember to tick "Vcan's Service Agreement, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy", and then click "Finish".

2. After registration is completed, you need to activate your account via email.

3. The next step is to set a personal password. (Reminder: a personal password must have at least 7 characters, including at least 1 English letter and 1 number, and set two security questions to confirm your identity.)

4. Register according to the identity of Amazon, eBay and other online stores. If you register as a company, apply for a Vcan corporate account; if you register as an individual, use a Vcan personal account.
