Elevenia is an open C2C e-commerce platform jointly launched by SK Planet and XL Axiata, the second largest telecommunications operator in Indonesia. It has the same positioning as 11Street, a very popular online shopping platform in South Korea.

Elevenia offers various models of home decoration products or furniture, including decorative lamps, desks, carpets, mini sewing machines, TVs and other home entertainment products, not only that, she also provides children's products such as baby clothes for children and baby diapers.

Restricted or Prohibited Products

(1) Prohibited items

Counterfeit goods, drugs, unregistered or illegal drugs, prescription and over-the-counter drugs, supplements and vitamins not authorized by BPOM or DINas Kesehatan, pornography, printed materials or items that are considered to conflict with moral codes, sharp weapons, firearms including airguns and all objects classified as weapons under applicable regulations, unregistered, dangerous or illegally used cosmetics, valuable items such as gold, diamonds and precious metals, items related to the government and the police or the military, parts or organs of the human body, ingredients or goods that are dangerous or explosive, the content of printed or recorded materials that may interfere with security and order and national stability, plants and animals protected by law, cash and other securities, gambling equipment, alcoholic beverages, products that use the Elevenia logo without permission.

(2) Products with sales conditions/restrictions

Infant formula for children under 1 year old: sales shall not be conducted through any form of promotional activities.

Direct Sales/Multi-Level Marketing Products: Direct sales and MLM product sales can only be done through sales and distribution methods as per the requirements of each business owner.

Products Requiring Special Shipping Documents/Terms: Certain products may not be shipped or may require documentation and special handling for express delivery. Sellers must ensure the appropriate shipping options for each product.

Credit Card Cash Swipe: Any product that allows for a full or partial cash refund when paid by credit card is not permitted.

Adult Products: Adult products, containing adult content in images/names/product descriptions, must be sold by applying buyer age restrictions.

Trading Commission

All transactions completed on Elevenia require sellers to pay a commission, which is equivalent to 1%-3% of the product price, with a maximum transaction fee of 20,000Rp. Development History

- Elevenia.co.id was officially launched on March 1, 2014. It operates under the sponsorship of PT XL Planet, a joint venture between PT XL Axiata, Tbk and SK Planet from South Korea. PT XL Axiata is the second largest operator in Indonesia, and SK Planet is a subsidiary of SK TELECom, the largest operator in South Korea.
