If lost or damaged items occur, you can apply for compensation

Lost items: 1. The goods are not received at the overseas warehouse, which is a rare occurrence; 2. The goods are lost by domestic logistics, such as when the forwarding company has confirmed the shipment but the goods have not been delivered to the buyer's designated address.

How to withdraw funds

In case of compensation from Haitao City, Haitao City will directly return the money to the user through Alipay or other channels. In case of lost items, the forwarding company or insurance company will make the compensation and return.

Order Cancellation

When a user pays for an order on Haitao City, the order may be cancelled due to various reasons. In this case, Haitao City will notify the user via email and in-site message, and refund the money to the user's designated account within 48 hours.
