Amazon's second review is internally known as Bad Actor Prevention (BAP), so it is a round of further review and verification based on the first review and European KYC for accounts with questionable associations, information, and compliance. It does not mean that European accounts do not have a second review, but that there are fewer of them. In addition, Europe generally calls the second review the third review, and the chance of encountering it is relatively rare. If you are worried that your account will encounter this situation, you can prepare the required information in advance and submit it immediately when you encounter it. How long will it take for Amazon to respond after submitting the second review information?
①Under normal circumstances, 4-7 working days.
② If additional documents are required, it will take another 4-7 working days after the additional documents are provided.

Amazon's second review is extremely strict. Some high-quality sellers have successfully passed the review by providing the required information, but many sellers have had their accounts permanently closed by Amazon. When we receive the review email and are confirmed to be for the second review, we need to prepare the following information.
 
1. Prepare the content of the materials: (the more detailed the better)
A. A valid business license corresponding to the background; individuals only need to submit the original ID card of the legal person.
B. Paper or electronic address bills, including water, electricity, gas, telephone and internet bills. Credit card bills or P-card statements are not allowed. Property bills are not allowed. All bank-related bills are not allowed. The subject can be a company or a legal person. If the subject of the bill is a third party, corresponding valid documents must be provided as proof (such as a lease contract) (note that the bill is not an invoice. All documents with the word "invoice" as the header will not be accepted) (all property bills are not allowed);
C. Sellers who have created listings need to provide the corresponding VAT F invoice

2. Write a good appeal email in advance. Many people often don't pay attention to this aspect and just submit the bill and other information. In fact, it is a waste of an opportunity. The appeal email must be analyzed according to your own situation and then written. The email should be concise and clear, with clear ideas, and don't say too much irrelevant content. The reviewers are also very busy and don't have time to read too much nonsense.
 
3. If it is supported by the investment manager, please send it to the investment manager for confirmation first. After the confirmation information is passed, click the appeal button in the background to appeal. If it is self-registration, just check it clearly and send it.

4. If the appeal fails, please communicate with the investment manager again and prepare the materials for the second appeal. If you registered by yourself, please check whether there are any mistakes in the information and analyze the reasons. If there is no appeal button or no place to submit the appeal materials, please send the appeal email to seller-performance@amazon.com for submission.
 
5. Many times, it is not enough to pass the application with real billing information. Many people do not submit in accordance with Amazon's requirements. They submit electronic invoices or the address does not match the registered one. Some invoices are in black and white. When submitting invoices, you must read Amazon's requirements in detail and analyze your own problems. Information is only a supplement. As long as you take the right medicine, you will not fail. 6. Note: If your application is not approved, do not submit the same bill information again. It is also recommended that you file your appeal at the beginning of each month, which will be easier.
