  • For those who are averse to written tests, you can ask the HR whether there is a written test when sending an interview invitation. If there is, if you cannot accept it, don't go;

    Because many Amazon sellers may think that written tests are meaningless for interviews. If the written test scores are high but the interview results are unsatisfactory, will the company accept them?

    The written test was terrible and the interview was good, but the company still didn't accept me. It's meaningless except wasting the interviewee's time. And it looks like a fraud.

  • Zhaodanmao believes that written test is a very common interview method. Before Zhaodanmao, no matter he joined the Internet giant Tencent , a well-known foreign company or Amazon operating company , there would be a written test .
