It is learned that Facebook recently announced that it will add a "preferred" badge to qualified excellent sellers, similar to eBay and Etsy's top seller programs. This is a new way to reward sellers, distinguish them from other ordinary sellers, and screen out sellers with high-quality services for consumers.
Facebook said that to help shoppers buy with more confidence and easily identify shops on Facebook and Instagram, they plan to launch a new feature to identify shops with top shopping experiences.
On Facebook, they are called Preferred Stores, and the "Preferred" label will be given to eligible stores based on the evaluation criteria. In addition, Preferred Stores will also provide the following services:
- free shipping - Purchase protection - Order Tracking - 30 days return policy
It is understood that the label is still in testing, has no exact appearance, and will only be displayed on the Facebook application for Android or iPhone.
