Shopify and DSers reach cooperation! Strengthen merchants' digital supply chain management capabilities!

It is learned that according to foreign media reports, Shopify recently announced a cooperation with DSers, a cross-border e-commerce SaaS software service provider focusing on overseas local sellers. DSers will merge with Oberlo (ranked first), a well-known software in the same category under Shopify, to help merchants strengthen their supply chain digital management capabilities, minimize waste of time and energy, and further increase revenue.

It is reported that through this cooperation, Shopify merchants will be able to conduct business better with a stable supply chain. During the procurement process, DSers will automatically synchronize the supplier's real-time prices and notify merchants. At the same time, DSers will formulate pricing strategies for merchants based on the prices to maintain their income levels. In addition, any changes in the supplier's product inventory will also be synchronized and updated to the Shopify store in real time.

DSers’ partnership with Shopify will also simplify the marketing process for merchants. Merchants will now be able to use Oberlo tools to set up buy one get one free (BOGO) or bundle offers in seconds, without any experience or platform-specific training.

For Shopify merchants, order processing, timely delivery, and improved customer satisfaction are crucial. Now, merchants can connect to the DSers platform through their Shopify stores and use the bulk order function to place up to 100 orders at a time in seconds to simplify the purchasing experience.

For buyers, the integration of the two platforms can provide them with an excellent purchasing and delivery experience. Shopify will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to buyers, allowing them to keep abreast of the logistics status of the goods. Buyers' notes on the order will be immediately passed to the merchant to ensure that the merchant can solve the problem in a timely manner. In addition, merchants can also send buyers' notes to suppliers to further ensure a good delivery experience.

As part of the agreement, the DSers team will be fully responsible for user operations and software development/maintenance, while collaborating with the Shopify team on marketing. This will enable full-scenario business coverage for overseas local sellers, further improve work efficiency, and continue to deepen the digital management capabilities of the supply chain, while improving the supply chain stability of overseas local sellers and releasing domestic supply chain capacity.
