It is learned that according to foreign media reports, Wish and online data intelligence provider EverC recently jointly announced that the two parties have reached an agreement to jointly combat the sale of counterfeit goods.

It is reported that EverC's MarketView (a market risk management system) will use artificial intelligence technology to detect dangerous, illegal and counterfeit products for Wish in the shortest time.

Through its agreement with EverC, Wish can significantly improve operational efficiency and objectively detect and identify potentially dangerous, illegal and counterfeit product listings on its online marketplace, while improving users’ shopping experience on the platform.

Maya Barkay, vice president of marketing at EverC, said that EverC's fully automated solution will enable Wish to allow new sellers to confidently list more products. And Wish will be able to combat piracy and counterfeit products in a way that complies with regulatory guidelines and policies, driving the growth of its online marketplace.

Maral Behnam-Garcia, senior director of global brand protection and intellectual property at Wish, said that improving consumer experience and achieving efficient operations are two of Wish's three major development goals. Wish has been seeking to improve the automation of platform sales policies, and EverC's MarketView can provide significant support to Wish and reward merchants who provide excellent experience for Wish users.

It is learned that EverC focuses on providing secure and scalable growth for the e-commerce market and has the world's first fully automated, AI-driven merchant and market risk management platform. By leveraging EverC's solutions for effective risk management, Wish will be able to create an attractive and safe shopping experience.
