Individuals cannot. Currently, Chinese sellers need to register with corporate qualifications.


3. Where can I apply to join Shopee? How long is the review period?


1) Follow Shopee’s WeChat service account “Shopee, the largest e-commerce platform in the Southeast Asian market” and register your information below the chat window to apply for membership.


2) After submitting the information, the investment manager will generally contact you within 7 days.


4. What information is needed to join Shopee?


1) Fill in the contact information on the Shopee service account and wait for the investment manager to contact you, which may take about a week.


2) After contacting the investment manager, he will send you an Excel file. The required information includes: business license, photo of the legal person’s ID card, photo of the legal person holding the ID card, order/sales screenshot (weekly/monthly order chart), SKU quantity screenshot (the SKU quantity is not less than 200), and store links on other platforms.


3) What if you don’t have the above information? You can only communicate with the investment manager to see if you can convince him, or borrow the store information of your friends.

4) It is found that your application has been submitted before or your application is the same as that of a seller who has already opened a store.


11. What is repeated application?


The seller's account is associated with other accounts and is judged by the system as "duplicate entry", which is a prohibited behavior on the platform.


12. What should I pay attention to after submitting the review materials?


After the entry materials are submitted, if the materials are complete and true, the review will usually be completed within 3 working days. If the seller needs to supplement the materials, it will be delayed accordingly. The day after the review is completed, you will receive a store opening invitation email with the subject of "welcome onboard". After receiving this store opening email, please complete the store registration within 24 hours and complete the task of publishing 50 new products within 5 days.


13. If I do not receive a response regarding store opening and need to change my mobile phone number or email address, what should I do?


There are two situations:


1) If you have not received the mobile phone verification code and need to change your mobile phone number, if the change is two digits or less, you can directly contact the relevant reviewer to register the modification and resend the store opening email. If the change is more than two digits, you need to provide a video of the legal person holding the ID card. After verification, the reviewer will help register and resend the store opening email.


2) If you do not receive the email and need to change your email address, please send an email from your original email address to the reviewer's email address with the following content:


Email title: xxxx Co., Ltd. did not receive the store opening email to change the email address;


Email content: I am xxxx Co., Ltd. My previous email address was xxxx, and my current email address is xxxx. I am applying for a reissue.


And send the screenshot of successful sending to the reviewer.


14. Why can’t I log in after registering the store?


If a newly registered seller is unable to log in, you can check the following:


1) Ensure that the network environment is normal;


2) Check whether the login name is correct;


3) If the registration network is unstable and the redirect fails, you can try clicking https://shopee.cn/ and then clicking "Log in to Store", and try to log in using your registered store name and password.


15. When should I contact the operations manager?


First of all, after opening your store, you need to add 50 new products within 5 days. Shopee will connect with the operations manager in about two weeks based on the order of completion time. The connection time is every Monday and Wednesday. Usually within two working days after the connection, you will receive a connection email from the operations manager. Please check your mailbox carefully at that time.


16. How do I know the audit results?

19. Is it possible to fake orders on Shopee?

20. Will Shopee be IP associated?
