FBA stops accepting these products We would like to inform you that effective April 15, 2021, Amazon fulfillment centers will not fulfill or accept meltable inventory. Effective October 16, 2021, meltable inventory will be accepted again. "Meltable" refers to all heat-sensitive products, including but not limited to chocolate, gummies, and select jelly and wax-based products. For more information, visit Meltable FBA Inventory. If you are unable to move the product by April 15, please submit a removal order. To protect the integrity of the product during storage and transportation, products in fulfillment centers must be able to withstand summer temperatures of 75 to 155 degrees Fahrenheit. Removal orders for meltable items must be submitted by April 15. If a removal order is not submitted by that date, your meltable items will be processed for a fee. For more information, visit Removing Inventory from Fulfillment Centers. FBA Return Refund Delays Due to the severe winter storms that have hit much of the United States, we are experiencing delays in receiving and processing customer returns. For some returned merchandise, there will be delays in getting inventory back into your account or reimbursing you for the cost of these items. You do not need to take any action on the return. If you have questions about the status of a customer return, please review the reports accessible through the FBA Inventory Compensation Policy. We hope you are staying safe and appreciate your patience as we process these returns. (Source: Cross-border Black Technology) |
