Account Status Specialists can help sellers solve account status problems in an emergency and answer questions related to the seller's "Account Status" page policies and performance indicators. In addition to solving questions, the Account Status Support Team can also provide professional support on writing action plans. Sellers can directly contact the Account Status Specialist themselves, and through Amazon official personnel to help find violations and solve problems under their professional guidance. Currently, all professional sellers can use "Contact me now" to contact the Account Status Support Team.


You can log in to the seller platform, enter the corresponding page as shown in the picture below, fill in the relevant information, and then click the "Contact me now" button to contact the Amazon account status specialist.



At the same time, in order to ensure the security of the seller's account information, the account status support department will need to conduct a security authentication with you.


Authentication method:

Spell your seller login email address or 6-digit verification code in English letters (for example, if your Amazon login email address is example@amazon.com, the email address is spelled as example@amazon.com). Please note that you need to spell your full email address including the @ part. You can also request a reverse security verification if you cannot confirm the identity of the agent. This is also recommended by Amazon to ensure the security of your account.


You can also answer active calls from the Account Status Support team to get help. You will receive a call from the account status support team within the next 24 hours. Please keep your phone open. Step 3: Click "I want to open a store";



Step 4: Describe your problem;



Step 5: You can also directly click "Or find your problem by browsing in the menu" in the previous step and select the corresponding problem you want to solve in the menu.



Example: Click "Your Account" > "Recover Your Account" in the above menu. Sellers can contact the seller support team by email, phone and chat.
