Transfer process

1. Online shopping delivered to AIO warehouse

After registering an AIOExpress account, the system will generate your exclusive warehouse address, and you can use your exclusive address to shop. After the merchant ships to our warehouse, the staff will take a photo for you to put into the warehouse. You can log in to the user center at any time to view product details or submit service processing.

2. Submit the international waybill and we will pack it for you

Select the items you want to send and choose the corresponding logistics and packaging method. Our staff will combine multiple packages according to your requirements and reinforce or remove unnecessary outer packaging. After packaging is completed, you can pay the international shipping fee. We usually complete the packaging for you within one working day.

3. Fastest delivery within 3-5 working days

Once you see the tracking number, you can track it online on our website. The delivery time depends on the logistics company you choose, and it can be delivered in 3-5 working days at the fastest. Make sure your phone is open to avoid missing calls from the courier or customs.

International Transshipment Notes

1. AIOExpress only provides transshipment and purchasing services from mainland China to overseas. We do not provide purchasing, transshipment, warehousing, packaging and other services from overseas to mainland China or between mainland China.

2. AIOExpress members have 30-90 days of free storage space depending on their level, and the longest storage time is 180 days. We currently do not charge storage fees for packages that exceed the storage period but are ultimately sent outside mainland China.

3. AIOExpress provides members with logistics and door-to-door pickup services. The specific cost depends on the specific weight and location. If you need it, please contact us in advance.

4. AIOExpress reserves the right to charge service fees for repeated packaging, returns, exchanges, extended storage, and domestic delivery.
