Development History

In December 1997, Dalian Zhongjin International Freight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongjin International) was established in Dalian. It was approved by the then Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (the predecessor of the current Ministry of Commerce).

Zhongjin is a professional international freight forwarding and customs declaration and inspection company registered in Dalian in January 1998. It is one of the first members of the China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) and the first member and governing unit of the Dalian Customs Brokers Association. In the more than ten years since its establishment, Zhongjin has established branches all over the country, laying the foundation for Zhongjin International's national international freight system.

In 2001, with the recommendation of CIFFA, Zhongjin International was accepted as a member of the China International Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA) (headquartered in Switzerland).

In 2003, the President's Office was established in Zhongjin International, which is dedicated to the resource integration and business development of Zhongjin International's national institutions. The work of the President's Office has built a solid structure and foundation for Zhongjin International's groupization.

In 2005, due to the excellent performance of Zhongjin International, the China Freight Forwarders Association upgraded it to a director-level member. Since then, it has been listed in the "Top 100 Chinese Freight Forwarders" and "Top 15 Chinese Private Freight Forwarders" in the national freight forwarding evaluation.

In 2006, Loyalty International established its first wholly-owned subsidiary, Loyalty Shanghai, and successfully joined the China Global Logistics Network (CGLN) and became a member of the World Cargo Family (WCAF). Loyalty International's international credit was highly enhanced.

Since its establishment, customs declaration and inspection have always been the focus of Zhongjin International's work. The customs declaration and inspection volume has maintained rapid growth for ten consecutive years. New electronic customs clearance methods such as electronic declaration and online tax payment have been launched one after another, greatly improving the efficiency of serving customers.

Since 2006, Zhongjin International has been a Class A customs brokerage company rated by Dalian Customs.

Since 2008, Zhongjin International has been a Class A declaration agency enterprise rated by Liaoning Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
