With more than 15 years of experience in the mobile Internet industry, he was responsible for the construction and operation of China Mobile DreamNet and MM Application Market.

He has more than 5 years of experience in planning and operating Tencent's lifestyle e-commerce O2O products. During his tenure at Tencent, he was responsible for the construction of the QQ membership system and led the completion of the membership .

He left Tencent in March 2015 and subsequently founded Warm+ Apartment.

In September 2015 , warm+ Apartment received tens of millions of yuan in pre-A round financing, led by Fuhai Deep Bay Mobile Innovation Fund under Oriental Fortune Capital, and followed by well-known investor and Tencent Senior Executive Vice President Wu Xiaoguang. It is understood that the financing will be used to improve the team, model, supply chain and product line of warm+ Apartment.

Warm+ Apartment Development

In August 2015 , a single-family project located near Haiya Colorful City was opened.

As of September 2015 , warm+ has developed more than 600 apartments in Xili, Science Park, Dachong and Baoan, Shenzhen.
