Another reason why Tracx attracted investors is that it has five founders with strong technical skills: Chief Operating Officer Yaniv Ben-Ari, Vice President of R&D Ofer Ford, Network Technology Director Niv Singh, Chief Designer Noam Singh, and Senior Vice President Assaf Steigler. They all studied in Tel Aviv, Israel more than a decade ago. Except for Ali, the other four majors were related to communications and software. Later, the five people successively joined DVTel , a world-renowned video surveillance technology company, to engage in video surveillance and analysis in the military field. It can be said that they are true comrades-in-arms.

In 2006 , these five "comrades" turned the battlefield from military videos to emerging social networks. At that time, the most popular social platform was Flicker , a photo sharing website owned by Yahoo. They "used public tools for private purposes" and used DVTel 's equipment to monitor user comments and other dynamics to discover netizens' preferences and segment potential markets. By 2008 , Facebook was popular all over the world. Seeing the market prospects, the "five-man team" decided to seize the opportunity and founded a company specializing in monitoring and analyzing social network data. But it was the time of the US financial crisis and financing was difficult. Until one day, they met an angel investor downstairs of the apartment building, impressed each other during the chat, and finally got $ 750,000 in seed funds. This money gave birth to Tracx and its first monitoring software .

In 2008 , Girard accepted the invitation of Tracx and became the sixth founding member and CEO .
