The NARF program is a tool for preliminary testing of the CA and MX markets. Move your US listings directly to .ca and .mx to directly reach consumers in the target market. You can receive orders from both sites without moving inventory to the destination country, and Amazon will be responsible for delivering from your US warehouse to consumers in the destination country (the rules and charges for returns are exactly the same as those for the US site). Project Cost

There is no fee to join the project itself, but each participating ASIN has a certain amount of NARF Fee (excluding regular referral fee ) to cover all NARF expenses (currently average = US FBA delivery fee + cross-border fee of about US $3 /ASIN ).
