Doubi Forum Dispute Incident

Content of the incident: This dispute was divided into two camps, Qmei and MOSS, and revolved around the ownership of the forum. Qmei, the founder of the forum in the United States, posted a post on her official account, tearing apart MOSS, one of the founders of the forum.

Background of Doubi Forum: In 2014, Qmei founded the forum and a WeChat public account. After Moss joined in 2016, there were three people in total, and they started to monetize the forum. The three of them shared the joys and sorrows and shared the profits according to the profit agreement. (Qmei has been abroad for a long time, so there is not much information about him; Moss is called Teacher Moss, and he is known as the founder of the forum and a gold medal trader of Amazon. Because he often shares in the seller circle, he has a practical and emotional image and has attracted many fans.)

In 2017, Moss proposed to cooperate with another domestic company. He invested in another company called Chongqing Zhiwei. Then he opened a new company called Ruxizhi Network Technology Co., Ltd. Zhiwei, Qmei and Moss invested in this new company as individual shareholders. Everyone agreed that all the forums and public accounts belonged to the new company Ruxizhi. Due to time constraints, the new company had not yet been established, so Qmei handed over the public account, forum, WeChat group, and QQ group to Zhiwei. However, by March 2018, the new company had not yet been established, and Qmei did not get a reasonable explanation when she approached Zhiwei and Moss.

After her public account was moved to Zhiwei Company and her WeChat group was taken away, Qmei also changed the forum server password and opened a new public account to post articles to criticize Moss. On April 1, 2018, the public account MRQ Chinese E-commerce Doubi Forum published an article titled "[Doubi Forum] The Complete Version of Jedi Palace Scheming: I Have a Box Teammate". In the article, Qmei pointed out that she was betrayed by her teammates and the forum was almost stolen. On April 8 and 9 of the same year, the public account Lao A Chat Cross-border published articles in succession, namely "MOSS stole the Doubi Forum and added three private companies at the same time. What a feeling..." and "MOSS kid doesn't know the rules, he will be spanked!", directly pointing out the doubts about Moss and standing up for Qmei.
