Q: Will binding multiple accounts create any associations?

A: Follow the advice, no. Advice: When binding the platform account, access the Fusionzoom ERP system on the original machine where the original account was operated. After binding the authorization, you can operate the orders, messages, etc. in the system on any computer at will, because the operations are performed in the ERP system and do not involve the account backend! When the store changes the password and needs to re-authorize later, repeat the above steps! In short, as long as authorization is involved, you must be prepared to prevent association!

Q: Why does a store need to set an execution coefficient?

A: The execution coefficient is mainly set to deal with exchange losses. The exchange rate conversion in the system is based on the execution rate, which is the standard exchange rate * execution coefficient. When we actually receive payment, there will be exchange losses. For example, when you don’t receive $100, you may get $97. Then the execution coefficient here is 0.97.

Q: The sales report data is inconsistent with Amazon backend?

A: Because ERP is calculated based on server time, Amazon is calculated based on the time of each site, there is a time difference in between; in addition, there is a delay in order retrieval, which will cause certain errors in the report data.
