Q: What happens if I exceed the list size limit?

A: GetResponse will not interrupt or throttle your service. You will not lose any contacts. The GetResponse system will add more subscribers for you and charge you a list expansion fee for each month when your list exceeds the maximum size allowed by your plan.

Q: What is the difference between a basic landing page and an advanced landing page?

A: Basic landing pages only allow each account to publish one landing page, with a maximum of 1,000 visitors per month. Advanced landing pages allow you to publish an unlimited number of pages and set up A/B tests with no traffic restrictions.

Q: Can I cancel my account?

A: You can cancel at any time. To cancel your paid account, please log in, click My Account, and select My BILling. Scroll down to the Cancel Subscription section and click it. Please note that all data in your account will be lost after canceling it.
