AMZ REVIEW TO ORDER MATCHING

1. Overview

Shopswain AMZ Reviewer Finder. This extension helps sellers match Amazon product reviews with customer orders so sellers can contact customers and find out what the problem is.

This extension is the only Amazon package order matching tool on the market. On September 23, 2018, Amazon changed their messaging platform to prevent confirmation of 100% order matching. This change disabled all other order matching tools.

The extension implements a probabilistic review-to-order matching algorithm that uses a combination of reviewer name, review and order dates, review sentiment, and many other factors to get the most likely order match for a seller's review.

2. Features (Functions)

(1) Available to all sellers, works on most marketplaces. Compatible with most Amazon marketplaces: North America (US, Canada, Mexico), EU (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain), Australia, Japan, and Brazil.

(2) Get the most accurate results. Shopswain's advanced statistical analysis uses review date, reviewer name, and other data points to find the most likely order matches.

(3) Investigate reviews on any Amazon page. On an Amazon product page or Amazon review page, just click the "Find Orders" button next to a review and the Watch extension will help you analyze orders to find the reviewer.

(4) Save matches for later use. The extension allows sellers to save order matches so they don’t have to search for the order twice.

(5) User-friendly operation. Unlike other extensions, sellers only need to log in to the Seller Center to use this tool.

(6) Keep sellers’ data private. No Amazon MWS access required, just log in to Seller Central when using the extension.

(7) Always in sync with Amazon. Shopswain’s integrated monitoring system lets them know when Amazon makes changes to their system that affect expansion.

(8) Automate. This extension simply automates actions that you have already performed in Seller Central and performs statistical analysis afterwards.

Shopswain AMZ Prime Filter, Use the AMZ Prime filter to hide Prime items from Amazon browsing.

With one click on the AMZ Prime filter interface, users can remove Prime results from all Amazon searches, no matter which page they are on. Users can even choose to filter out products from any seller that fulfills through Prime.
