Cross-border e-commerce company Aoji's Amazon account has abnormalities, and the company is receiving listing guidance

On May 8, 2021, Aoktech discovered that a large number of products on Amazon's US and UK sites were showing a "Currently unavailable" status.

Aoktech confirmed the news of the abnormality of its Amazon account and said that "it was very sudden and the company is investigating the specific reasons."
Recently, the main brand Mpow of another Shenzhen cross-border e-commerce company Paton was punished by the Amazon platform, causing panic in the cross-border circle. It is rumored that the reason for the platform's punishment was due to fake orders and traffic diversion issues.
Amazon has always cracked down on fake orders. Once the platform "settles the accounts", all historical problems will be dug out and sellers will be warned at the very least, or lose their accounts at the worst.
Aoktech is a cross-border e-commerce company in Shenzhen, founded in September 2010. In 2015, Aoktech was listed on the New Third Board, becoming the first cross-border e-commerce company to be directly listed in China, and was delisted in April 2019.
AUKEY is on the list of “BrandZ Top 50 Chinese Global Brands 2020” jointly released by Google and Kantar.
It is understood that Aokia Technology is currently receiving IPO guidance. Public information on IPO guidance filing shows that Aokia Technology Co., Ltd. plans to issue shares for the first time and list on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. It has now accepted guidance from Huatai United Securities and filed guidance with the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau on August 7, 2020.
Aoktech's products are mainly sold worldwide through third-party platforms such as Amazon and eBay and self-operated platforms. The prospectus shows that during the reporting period (2016, 2017, 2018 and January-March 2019), Aoktech's revenue was 2.2 billion yuan, 3.71 billion yuan, 5.1 billion yuan and 1.27 billion yuan respectively; net profit was 100 million yuan, 190 million yuan, 200 million yuan and 40 million yuan respectively.
Aoktech's revenue mainly comes from overseas markets, mainly developed countries such as Europe and North America. During the reporting period, sales in North America, represented by the United States, accounted for 34.85%, 37.41%, 35.19% and 35.50% respectively.
From the perspective of third-party platforms, during the reporting period, Aoktech's Amazon sales accounted for 49.02%, 63.39%, 72.94% and 75.64% respectively.
It is not difficult to find that Aoktech is highly dependent on third-party platforms. This also means that the abnormality of its Amazon account will bring great uncertainty to the road to listing.
