1. The time for leaving a review is too short.
When verifying the algorithm rules of the Amazon platform, if a buyer is found to have a short stay but gives a positive review or a 5-star review, the Amazon system will consider this review to be abnormal. Therefore, the seller will be judged to be suspected of manipulating the credit evaluation system and the corresponding review will be deleted. Therefore, sellers often encounter situations where buyers’ 5-star reviews are deleted.
But in the same situation, if the reviews are neutral or negative, the Amazon system will consider these reviews to be true and will not delete them.
2. The review rate is too high.
Whether it is the number of visits to the listing, the number of orders for the product, the transaction volume of the product, or the number of reviews and comments, there is an average value.
Nowadays, many Amazon sellers, who have just opened their stores and put their products on the shelves, are ready to accumulate positive reviews through Amazon reviews, which leads to overly high product reviews, increased overall risk, and abnormalities discovered by the Amazon platform.
