Guangdong Aoyuan Aomaijia E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aomaijia") is a cross-border e-commerce enterprise under China Aoyuan Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 3883), a Hong Kong-listed company. It was established in July 2015 in Nansha Free Trade Zone, Guangdong, to carry out cross-border e-commerce import and export business.


Aomaijia·Global Shopping is a brand of Guangdong Aoyuan Aomaijia E-commerce Co., Ltd., which was established in 2018 and is headquartered in Guangzhou. It provides global trendy goods and has formed a shopping layout consisting of mobile client, mini-programs and other mobile platforms. It has also established dual-line shopping stores to achieve "online + offline" dual-line integrated development, with the slogan of "choose from all over the world" to meet consumers' needs for a better life and overseas trendy goods.


Global shopping business: Positioning fashion + trend, providing global trendy goods, upgrading the product supply chain, and focusing on overseas business layout. Established 9 direct purchase centers in France, Australia, the United States, Canada, Japan and other countries, covering 6 major categories of maternal and child products, beauty care, snacks and wine, clothing and luggage, home furnishings, and 3C electronics, covering more than 100,000 global brand items. The purchase of clothing, beauty and trendy brands is mainly distributed in Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and Australia. The purchase of maternal and child home products is distributed in Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and Australia. The purchase of food products is distributed in Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea.


Online and offline shopping business: Aomaijia has built the first full-scenario online and offline shopping retail system in China by integrating App, mini-programs, and offline stores. It has achieved online and offline integration. Its self-developed treasure hunt wall, AR makeup trial, product traceability system and other intelligent technology terminals bring users a convenient and comfortable consumption experience. As of December 31, 2019, there are 75 online and offline shopping stores in 9 provinces and 27 first- and second-tier cities in fashion business districts where young users gather, covering South China, Southeast China, Southwest China, East China, Central China and North China.


Industrial chain platform: Through industrial chain services, we connect the production end, the product end and then the consumption end, build a comprehensive cross-border trade service ecosystem, empower small and medium-sized enterprises to explore overseas markets and build international brands, conduct in-process monitoring through the Internet of Things, reduce the risks and costs of cross-border trade for enterprises, and achieve "brand creation, volume creation, and profit creation."

1. The user base is growing year by year: In 2019, Aomaijia Group continued to deepen the innovative retail model of dual-channel shopping. In 2019, the sales flow increased by 156% year-on-year, the number of visitors increased by 562% year-on-year, the number of new registered users increased by 133% year-on-year, and the number of members was about 30 million.


2. Technology patents drive business development: Aomaijia has carried out a full range of intellectual property layout around dual-line retail, AI technology, traceability technology, etc., and owns more than 100 invention technologies and intellectual property rights. Dual-line purchase patents together with patents in the fields of new retail, B2C, and big data constitute the prototype of the patent barrier of "core patents" + "peripheral patents". As of February 2020, Aomaijia Group has accumulated more than 200 intellectual property rights.


Development History


In 2015, Aomaijia was registered and established in Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone, and the first Aomaijia cross-border e-commerce experience store opened in Panyu Aoyuan Plaza.


In 2016, we focused on global shopping business and launched Aomaijia online mall + App.


In 2017, Aomaijia cross-border ecosystem was established, with three major businesses: global shopping, online and offline retail, and supply chain service platform. The new retail concept of "online and online shopping" was proposed, and online and offline stores were deployed nationwide.


In 2018, Aomaijia upgraded its business and launched “Dual-line Shopping 2.0”; the dual-line shopping model was recognized by the country and became the first Guangzhou company to obtain the AEO advanced certification.


In 2019, the platform exceeded 30 million registered members, covering more than 5 million households; 75 dual-channel retail stores were opened across the country; and a strategic cooperation was reached with iQiyi, and both parties worked together to develop the trendy cultural industry.
