The ASIN report in the business report supports search


We’ve heard your feedback, and you can now filter your business report data by ASIN in Seller Central. Enter up to 100 ASINs in the search bar to quickly find and analyze your performance metrics.

Previously, searching your business reports by ASIN was difficult, often requiring you to download the data and filter it offline. Our new search functionality simplifies this process and allows you to better manage your ASIN analytics in Seller Central.

Admitting mistakes is a good partnership. I checked the backend business report and it was indeed updated. Sellers can monitor many indicators through this report: product visits, page views, purchases, purchase amounts and other data to evaluate the display and conversion effect of the listing.

Amazon sellers open cases on weekend support


Based on past experience, Amazon seller support customer service has two time periods when online chat is not supported: one is after 6 pm, and the other is weekend time.

This is a point that many sellers will complain about. It is very troublesome for many sellers and operators that they cannot open cases on weekends, because if they encounter problems after 6 o'clock or on weekends, they can only contact through emails and wait for more than ten hours. But it won't be necessary in the future!

Effective November 9, the Account Health support team will have adjusted hours:

Weekend Mandarin support hours will be adjusted to: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Beijing time.

The weekday Mandarin support hours remain the same: 7am to 7pm Beijing time.


Announced full switch to Passkey password-free login


Recently, Amazon announced that it will fully switch to password-free login, and will gradually promote pass keys to all Amazon applications and services starting next year, allowing more users to log in directly using pass keys.

The pass key is generated and bound to the device. Login can be performed with the pass key. To improve security, Amazon, like most companies, uses additional digital verification, including PIN code, fingerprint recognition, and facial recognition. The pass key can only be called after recognition.

This update is equivalent to that on the bound device, sellers only need to log in through biometric verification. Not only does it simplify the operation and speed up the login, but it also avoids the risk of password leakage and improves the security of account management.

The above updates can definitely help sellers improve operational efficiency to a certain extent, which is very good~
