"Original Record" After experiencing the love and hate, all the pitfalls and heartbreak of starting Amazon with a good friend, what kind of partner should I look for? It's a long story, tiring and painful to tell. We three are close friends. We started Amazon together in June 2015. We have been together for nearly two years. We have experienced a lot of sadness, tears and pain. Last week, on May 5, we finally cancelled the company we started together. It has been about half a month since then. I have calmed down and wrote these words to share with you. I still want to know what kind of partner I should look for on this entrepreneurial road? 1. It’s a pity that we met so late. There are 3 people in our business partnership, the specific situation is: I am the one who writes this post. I am from Chaoshan. I used to work at 4PX Transaction Services, doing various types of work such as operations. Later, I entered the cross-border e-commerce industry and started to do product development. After developing for several platforms such as AliExpress and eBay, I started to develop Amazon products. Later, I worked in an Amazon company in Minzhi, specializing in Amazon product development. Hereinafter referred to as a developer. The second partner is from Zhejiang. He came to Shenzhen relatively early. He had been working in the freight forwarding industry and had a small logistics company with some good logistics channels, including sea freight channels. Because he started early, he accumulated some funds, which were all hard-earned money. He didn’t know about cross-border e-commerce or Amazon, but he was the major shareholder in our three-person partnership and also helped the company borrow the most money. He is referred to as Jinzizi in the following. In 2012, when I was at 4PX, he happened to be working in the freight forwarding industry, and we got to know each other because of our work relationship. The third partner is from Anhui. He worked at Aoji earlier, and then worked in a 20-person Amazon team in South China City for about six months. Then he jumped to a 3C e-commerce company in Longhua, mainly doing sales operations. He helped the company manage two people, but he never led a team. He has some channels for fake orders, and then he followed some people and mastered some channels for review black technology. He is called an operator for short. I met him in 2014 during the annual meeting of Eagle Bear Club in 2014. After I met Jinzi, I felt that he was very reliable. He was a very upright and selfless person who was very enthusiastic and chivalrous to his friends. I had just come to Shenzhen at that time and was very happy to meet such a friend. My personality is also very frank and cheerful, and he is also very sincere to me. Later, not long after I met Zhu Mou's operation boy in 2014, I introduced Jinzi and operation boy to each other. At that time, the three young people often got together, played, and talked about various things in the cross-border circle, products, people, methods, some companies and other topics. We basically ate all the food stalls, Longjiang pork leg rice, casserole porridge, etc. in the area from Niulanqian Village to Wanzhong Life City. How good was our relationship? We went to Jinzi's house to drink together, and we went hiking and barbecue with our families and crossed Dongxiyong (Jinzi had a family at that time, and I and operation boy only had girlfriends). Then one weekend, after accompanying Jinzi to Dongguan to talk to customers, we went to massage oil together... For the first time in life, boys will understand, so I won't write more here. How good is the relationship between the three people? You can see it here. 2. Start a business and work together The three of us trusted each other to such an extent that we established a company together in June 2015 with a registered capital of 600,000 yuan. The capital guy didn't understand products and operations, so he only contributed 30% of the capital shares, the product development guy, that is, I, had 30% of the shares, and the operation guy had 40% of the shares. What I want to say here is that at that time, the funds of the operation guy and I were very tight, so we scraped together money from everywhere and borrowed from my girlfriend's family. Under such circumstances, the capital guy still lent me and the operation guy 80,000 yuan each as investment capital. The company was run at a very low cost, in two houses of a small resident in front of the cattle shed, with an office and warehouse of no more than 30 square meters. There was no recruitment, the operations guy was in charge of three stores, and I was responsible for finding products, negotiating with suppliers, receiving and inspecting goods, packing and shipping, etc. In addition to the capital guy, the operations guy and I received some basic salary of about 4,000 yuan. The product positioning of the store we discussed was to not make counterfeit goods according to the market situation at that time, but to make some products that can be quickly profitable by following sales and small private models in the blue ocean. At that time, we planned to use 1/4 of the capital for following sales, 1/4 for making small changes to the molds with suppliers to make new products, and the rest of the capital for turnover. In July 2015, the sales of several follow-up products that I and the operation team had decided on were quite good, including mosquito repellent lamps, mountain climbing equipment, etc. The progress of the private model products that the supplier had modified was also being coordinated with the manufacturer. Follow-up sales are indeed very hard work. The operation team would sometimes change their small accounts to follow in the middle of the night. At that time, the two follow-up accounts could make about 200 orders a day. I was busy with procurement, bargaining with the factory, and receiving and packing the goods all day long. The capital team also came to help pack after get off work. We were all happy together, with only the joy of struggle, and no complaints about hard work. Because my English is OK, I also help the operation team with some store matters when I have free time. Whenever I have a little free time, I will hang out in various forums and communities to learn. After seeing that some follow-up products were very effective, we decided to expand the follow-up sales and added a fresh graduate, a girl. Because the company's office image was not good, the girl was still hesitant whether we were a scam company. It took a lot of time to convince her to join the company. Because the follow-up sales of several products were relatively stable, the operation boy discussed with us that these products should be shipped to a warehouse in the United States, so that the follow-up sales would have a better effect. The capital boy introduced a friend with a relatively reasonable overseas warehouse. We sent about 1,500 pieces of goods to this warehouse in a week, and also sent about 600 pieces of goods to FBA. At this time, the girl hired was fixed to work the day shift, and the operation boy basically worked from about 11 am to 2 am the next day, following the sale to adjust prices, grab shopping carts, grab listing modification permissions, and change pictures... The effect after the US warehouse and FBA arrived was really good, and the shipment volume doubled, and we were very excited. At this time, nearly 200,000 yuan of funds were already in overseas warehouses and FBA warehouses (plus shipping costs). When we were too busy with inspection and shipment, Zijinzi's mother, wife, and my girlfriend all came to help pack and ship, and we all ate boxed lunches together. Another product planned to be launched under the brand master account plan, the supplier also started to produce formal samples in September, we were also very excited and looking forward to it, and we had already completed the trademark registration and brand filing of this store. During this period, the operation staff accumulated some resources for brushing orders and doing reviews according to market conditions, and everyone was very optimistic about this trend. In November of that year, everyone discussed moving to an office of about 100 square meters, which was converted into an office building in an industrial area, of which about 40 square meters were used for receiving, shipping and packaging. 3. Expansion and all kinds of joy. The Spring Festival of 2016 was the happiest year for us. After deducting all the costs, the initial profit of about 180,000 yuan in about half a year in 2015 was calculated. We were very satisfied and very happy. At this time, Jinzizi took the initiative to say that I and the operation boy could get more salary. We did not refuse and everyone raised it by about 3,000 yuan. Because Jinzizi basically came to help with packaging and other chores a few days a week, I also suggested that he should be given some subsidies every month for his hard work. He kept refusing. Later, I insisted again and again and he agreed to take 1,000 yuan a month. Jinzizi and the operation boy stayed in Shenzhen to watch the store packing and shipping, and I went home after the Spring Festival to marry my girlfriend. After the Spring Festival, we quickly recruited a new person, a boy. He and the girl we recruited before were responsible for the follow-selling store, and the operation boy was specifically responsible for the main account brand store. During this period, there were already a lot of products being copied and sold, and complaints were frequent, but they were basically resolved. The operation guy did put some effort in this regard. He persuaded us to spend money to buy a set of copy-selling software recommended by a friend, which could automatically take products off the shelves and adjust prices. We all agreed. At the same time, because there were too few new products available on the main account brand store, the operator directly put up a few new products, which were developed by his former boss. Basically, the products were modified from public molds to LGO and packaging. Judging from the rankings and other conditions, they sold very well, and we also adopted this method. These products were put on the shelves about a month after our small private model products were put on the shelves. At that time, we started to increase the number of orders from a small amount to a large amount, and the effect was very good. The new product could get about 50 orders per model in about 10 days. The operator mixed in various WeChat groups and QQ groups every day to find resources for review. At the same time, he basically soaked in Facebook groups and some other channels to find foreign evaluation resources. At that time, amzhelper and amztracker were used at the same time. Around May, the capital guy came to us to discuss whether we should strengthen the company's management and long-term operation capabilities in line with this trend. At that time, he suggested that I and the operation guy participate in more third-party training. We were of course very happy. For me, there was also a kind of excitement of being affirmed and encouraged. At that time, there were many types of Amazon-related training on the market, but there were relatively few product development trainings. The operation guy then attended a suicide squad training class of an institution. During this period, I met many colleagues and indeed expanded some Amazon operation resources. It was after the training of the Death Squad that the operator became obsessed with training and learning. He talked to us about various training experiences and the operating ideas and methods of big sellers. From this time on, the operator basically attended all the courses of 36 Head Arm, 321, Cross-border Easy, etc. It was also from this time that the operator's social activities began to increase. On weekdays, he had appointments with classmates and friends from the training class, especially on weekends. He usually got off work early in the evening, and at the latest before 21 o'clock. Because the two new colleagues could get started independently, and then the operator said that he would marry his girlfriend during the Spring Festival of 2017, the capital boy and I did not object to him, and did not think there was anything unusual. At that time, based on my usual studies and hanging out in various forums and communities, I also had some experience in store operations, so I didn't think it was wrong. Sometimes when the capital boy came to the company, only my girlfriend and I were left to continue packing. At that time, considering the cost, when we were too busy, we only hired temporary workers to help with inspection and packaging, and did not recruit permanent staff. 4. Setbacks occur and differences emerge. Around October 2016, our two follow-selling accounts were shut down at the same time. Everyone in the company was shocked because the inventory of overseas warehouses plus FBA inventory exceeded 7,000 items at the time. Some of the other five Amazon small accounts used for backup had never had any stock or had ever shipped any goods, and had not sold in large quantities. At the same time, we worked with suppliers to make minor changes to the molds to make new products, but due to issues with the mold factory, the mold samples were revised many times and were only confirmed at the end of September. If we want to produce large quantities and ship them to overseas warehouses and FBA warehouses, the production and logistics time will take at least 30 days. We asked someone to find a connection and learned from the Amazon account manager that the reason for the account suspension was that the store had received multiple complaints of infringement and counterfeit goods. The main reason was that the listing we copied was also infringing because these products were products from As Seen On TV and similar TV shopping platforms. In fact, these products were not sold through the Amazon platform and were complained of being counterfeit goods on the entire platform. So this means that this product can no longer find a suitable listing on the Amazon platform to copy and sell. The inventory of overseas warehouses plus FBA inventory exceeds about 7,000 pieces, with a cost of about 250,000. The prepaid mold fees and large order fees piled up at the supplier are about 80,000. There are nearly 80,000 domestic goods paid through 1688 in the company warehouse or on the way. The two main accounts of follow-selling that have been suspended have about 60,000+ US dollars in them. If the account cannot be appealed, it will take at least 3 months to get the refund. The store has no new products, and the speed of new products cannot keep up; the products that are copied are in overseas warehouses, FBA, and a lot of inventory in Shenzhen; and there is no capital... We all fell into panic. For the first time in my life, I felt so scared. Maybe everyone has never experienced this kind of pain. You may not understand. The two young men and women who were recruited in those days were silent. Every day when they went to work, they carefully asked us about the new arrangements for the products in our store, and then looked at the other stores that had not been shut down, and then carefully asked us about the complaints and progress, and whether there was anything they needed to deal with immediately. Now I think about it, I am still very grateful for their status. Although I also saw that they posted job information on the recruitment website, what can they do at this time... The most painful thing is not these, but the first quarrel between the operation boy and me. The operation boy felt that I should not choose these products that are easy to infringe when I chose to follow the sale. When the operation boy expressed his thoughts, I was not only unhappy but also shocked, because I had confirmed the status of these products with everyone at the beginning, and said that if you want to quickly issue orders, this type of product is the fastest, etc. The operation boy said that they had done the same follow-selling before and basically there would be no problems, or he didn't remember it. At that time, the capital boy didn't say anything. After I had a quarrel with the operation boy, the capital boy just said to the operation boy very calmly that I couldn't be blamed for this, and that we should calm down and think of a solution... We made preparations for both situations. We asked someone to find channels and some internal connections to write POAs. We paid 20,000 yuan in advance. I won’t talk about the pain here. Then every day we had to write apology letters to the complaining party and find contact numbers, etc. If the appeal was unsuccessful, we would think about how to deal with the goods, coordinate returns from suppliers, communicate with overseas warehouses, contact FBA, etc. At this time, funds were the biggest problem. On the 15th day after the two stores were closed, we appealed to the fourth round and were notified that the store could not be unblocked. We also stopped responding to Bezos’ letters and Amazon specifically stated that it would not respond to any emails. The most worrying problem was that the goods removed from overseas warehouses and FBA could not be processed centrally due to the speed of removal. More importantly, we did not know how to deal with them and there were no listings to follow. The two boys and girls had been on leave for the third consecutive day. On that day, the operation staff and I asked the person who we paid to advertise that he had internal connections to save the account, but he scolded us for being too naive and how could it be so fast. In fact, we knew that he was delaying, and on the same day he blocked our phone, QQ and WeChat at the same time... and we were already on the verge of a critical collapse - we had no funds at all, and we were completely exhausted. For the first time in my life, I didn’t cry because of my family and the people who loved me. As a seller, in this predicament, perhaps you can understand this feeling. The operation guy, the capital guy and I all shed tears. I remember it was around 7 p.m., the capital guy's wife and my wife were both in the warehouse helping with inventory packaging. It was very windy outside that day, and the operation guy's girlfriend happened to come over to bring him food. They all looked at the three of us crying in silence. Finally, Jin Zizi was the first to speak up, saying that we should all go home first and calm down, and then come together the next morning to discuss how to deal with the situation. He continued to encourage us that there is always a way out, and that there will be a way out, and so on. The next day we discussed several decisions. The first problem was to deal with the inventory in the overseas warehouse, re-create the listing in the new store, and ship locally in the United States without FBA to reduce risks. This might take a long time. The second was to find friends who worked on EBAY and other platforms to help deal with the US inventory together, and give them commissions based on sales per piece. The third was that I went to the factory to monitor the progress of the new product, have dinner with the supplier boss, and then hope to speed up the progress of the new product. The fourth and most important thing was that the capital guy said he would find a way to find family and friends to raise another 150,000 yuan, so we don’t have to worry about the money. The capital guy repeatedly encouraged us not to be discouraged or to be hit. The boy we recruited eventually resigned, but the girl finally stayed after we repeatedly persuaded her to stay. The money that Zilizi borrowed arrived in batches, and we were relieved. Later we found out that Zilizi not only borrowed some old money from his parents, but also asked someone to swipe several of his credit cards. He didn't say anything because he was afraid that we would worry. At the end of November 2016, the new products from the factory were finally delivered to the new store, and we were all looking forward to it. But some disgusting and ridiculous things also started from this time. 5. Faced with difficulties, not all partners can give their all. In November 2016, the FBA inventory had been basically returned to the overseas warehouse. We asked a few friends to help us deal with the inventory, and the progress was pretty good. At that time, we handled it quickly through their wish, ebay, aliexpress and other platforms. Because we were in a hurry to clear the inventory, we had to pay these friends some fees, plus the various costs of returning the warehouse, basically we didn’t make any money, just to speed up the turnover. Special thanks to these friends in Minzhi Bantian who took the risk to use a small account to help deal with the inventory. At that time, the girl in the company communicated with them every day about the progress of processing, arranging shipments, etc., and occasionally went to the new Amazon store to help with a small account when she had free time. In addition to the 150,000 yuan that the capital boy raised, about half a month later, he brought another 60,000 yuan. When we asked him, he said that he and his wife got the money by taking out a loan on WeChat. I manage the company's cash on a daily basis, which is convenient for daily procurement management. I will summarize all the income and expenditure of the expenses every week for everyone to confirm (the 1688 procurement account and the Alipay account for fund transactions are also known to everyone, so that everyone can check the actual income and expenditure of the expenses). I know the situation of the funds best. Because of the tight funds, in order to save costs, I told the operation boy that we will take 3K living expenses for the next few months, and we will make up for it when we make money in the future. The operation boy was stunned for a while but agreed, but it was obvious that he was a little unhappy. Later, he sent me a private message on QQ about this, saying that he was getting married and was very short of money. I didn't say anything for a long time. At that time, I was thinking that the company was in trouble now, and everyone should understand. I still advised him to get through this difficult time with everyone, and he didn't reply to any messages. In fact, when it came time to pay salaries, Jinzi was the most proactive one who directly returned the 1K salary he was given, saying that the company was in trouble now, and he also specifically stated that my salary and the operation salary could not be reduced. However, I knew that Jinzi was sincere, but in the end I still took the lead in refusing, and the operation salary just smiled and said nothing. In fact, the operation salary was not reduced afterwards, but I lowered my salary, but that’s another story. We were determined to promote the product we developed by ourselves, and we used all possible methods. The 60,000 yuan that Jin Zizai and his wife brought was immediately used to purchase the second batch of our self-developed molds. Because it was near the end of the year and the peak season was halfway through, we made up our minds and ordered nearly 3.5K of goods. At that time, we talked with the factory and agreed to pay 30% of the fee in advance and pay the balance in batches. At that time, I discussed with everyone because it was a private mold product, and there was our brand logo on the mold (not the kind of printed one). If we didn't want it, basically no one would want it, so we didn't worry about the factory not giving us the goods. In November 2016, three non-patented public model products were already on sale in the main account. When the new products arrived at the Amazon warehouse at the end of the month, we made several preparations to avoid risks. First, we put the new products on 4 stores at the same time. Second, we sent a large proportion of the goods to overseas warehouses, and a small amount of goods to these stores for sale, but only one of the stores was used as the main account for operation and promotion. At the end of November, the peak season was halfway through, and we were still full of expectations. At that time, the operation staff sent out reviews every day through amzhelper, amztracker and some fb groups. The operation girl worked very hard and found 3 celebrities with 80,000 to 190,000 fans on yotube who were willing to make videos for free (at that time, the funder especially praised this girl and said that she must lead the team in the future)... During this period, we also used fbm to operate orders. Basically, we would swipe 5-40 orders every day from a small amount to a large amount, which lasted until about 17 days in the second week. At this time, funds were very tight. We used a 30% discount code to operate, and the giftcards used needed to be purchased with cash. Around the 5th day after the product was put on the shelves, there were stable natural traffic orders coming in. Around 7 days later, 5-star good reviews for the product listing came in one after another. PPC and various channel evaluations and order brushing were done at the same time. After the product was put on the shelves, the ranking of the major categories continued to move forward, especially when the order brushing continued until the 10th day, the effect came out, and the ranking of the major categories was already around 8,000. Because we are also full of confidence in this product. First, compared with similar products on the market, it has improved many defects, such as heating, stability, odor and other problems after working for a few hours. At the same time, some real reviews we have received are very good. Around December 20th, the natural orders increased to about 60, and it has entered the top 2,000. At this time, we still hope that the evaluation and order-brushing can continue. At the same time, the bulk goods prepared according to the current situation are not enough. After knowing the situation of funds, the capital boy took the initiative to transfer another 50,000 yuan. It turned out that he had applied for several credit cards to find someone to cash out. The capital boy said tactfully that he hoped everyone could help solve the problem of funds. I expressed my support without thinking (earlier, my wife and I discussed to find a way to raise about 60,000 yuan from my wife's family). All the funds of the company's operation so far are all the support of the capital boy. I said that everyone should work together. At present, the capital boy has paid too much for the company and the risk is too great. The operation boy was stunned for a long time, and then said that his parents' money was cheated by someone to lend at high interest rates and is still arguing. He said that the problem of marriage expenses has not been solved, and his girlfriend's parents are very dissatisfied, etc. The capital boy said that it's okay and he can deal with it first, and then he came to us to discuss the progress of the second private mold product planned, especially because the mold waiting cycle is too long, whether we should consider starting to finalize the prototype sample of the second product. The operator said that he would communicate with the factory solution company next time for some design opinions. Don’t forget to invite him when you go to the factory solution company. Because I have always been the one connecting the factory and the solution company, I didn’t care much about this change... 6. People’s hearts are changing: partners are starting to move away from the “partnership”. Because I had a prepayment for the third batch of orders, I had to negotiate with the factory to pay 40,000 RMB for the second batch of goods and paid 50% of the total. The factory then shipped the goods and quickly sent them by DHL (since November 2015, we have not used the logistics channels of Jinzizi's company, including air delivery, Jinzizi said to avoid misunderstandings). At this time, we can already handle about 150 orders a day, and the store can also take out some money to gradually turn over. Everyone is obviously happier. The operation boy actively discussed with me how to improve the packaging and the details of the instructions, especially the details of the product shell mold that need to be adjusted to avoid hurting the customer's hands. He took the initiative to say that the details of the mold can be handed over to his cousin. His cousin is a designer in a Taiwanese factory. He knows auto CAD, Pre, 3D MAX, etc. He also knows the specific requirements of our products and it is convenient to communicate. The factory just needs to send him the old drawings, and then I believed it (now I think I am actually SB). He spent most of his time and energy on PPC and fake orders, and then asked the operation girl about the progress of contacting customers to give bad reviews. At this time, FBM had been faked less, and it was done intermittently. Because the goods to be shipped were not many and not mixed, they did not come to pack and ship again, and everyone's suppressed emotions were not as tense as before. The operation guy was still continuing to appeal the account that was shut down before, and there was basically no progress. By the end of December, the operation staff calculated that the profit of this main store was about 160,000 RMB (after deducting the procurement logistics PPC fees and various costs of the store and order-brushing, etc.), which means that after paying the final payment for the first batch of bulk goods, there was still a surplus of 70,000 RMB. In those few days, the daily orders of this private model product in a single store had stabilized at around 180. The surging hope in everyone's eyes was in an excited state... At the beginning of the New Year of 2017, a group of us went to the clay pot restaurant we hadn't seen for a long time. We drank a lot of wine. After a bunch of beers, I cursed the passers-by who ran a red light for the first time in a trance while the capital staff helped me home... It was from this time that the operator started to receive more private calls. Several times I found that he had calls but did not answer them. He would take his phone to the small store downstairs to buy cigarettes, gum, or other small items after the missed calls. Now I think that the biggest change in his behavior started from this time. He basically did not come to the office on weekends, saying that he was attending private gatherings with friends. On weekends, he occasionally helped other small cross-border e-commerce companies with internal training to earn a little money, about 1,000 yuan an hour. The capital boy and I did not object. At the same time, his girlfriend did not come to the company from this time on. The operator explained that they were preparing to get married during the 2017 Lunar New Year and his girlfriend had a lot of things to do. We all laughed and sprayed dirty jokes about marriage to tease him, which was considered to be a happy situation. In fact, at this time, I already vaguely felt that the operator was a little uncomfortable when he was with us. It was just a feeling of pretending. Occasionally, his smile was perfunctory, but I couldn't tell what was wrong. When sending out the third batch of goods, the operations guy specifically instructed us to send it to several more stores' FBAs and accumulate reviews at the same time. Because they were different ASINs, in order to avoid mistakes, the operations guy specifically said that he would pack the barcodes for the goods. I clearly remember that he said that the scattered quantity to be sent was 200 sets in total from multiple small accounts... We didn't pay much attention to this series of changes at the time. We thought that all of us were such good friends that we would focus our minds and energy on the company's business, and we didn't think there was anything wrong. During this period, I asked some good friends to wish ebay aliexpress to handle the progress. Some of the goods were sold well and then caused property rights complaints. The brothers were a little scared. We couldn't cheat people, so we turned to different channels to find ways to deal with it, including buying a few vps and Amazon trumpets from Taobao to deal with them in a guerrilla style. Because we knew the risks of these products, we wanted to get rid of them quickly, and basically sold them at a loss. At the end of January 2017, there were about 3,000 pieces of these goods left in stock. The money from the return of these stocks, which had been processed at a loss, plus the money from the Amazon main account, was immediately invested in the purchase of a new batch of self-developed molds. During the Chinese New Year of 2017, the salary of the operation staff had been fully supplemented (actually, it was deducted for three months, October, November, and December). My salary was only supplemented by 1,000 yuan, and the monthly full salary was more than 4,000 yuan. When the capital staff looked at the cash report, they kept persuading me not to do this. I mainly felt that the workload of purchasing was quite heavy when I was doing follow-selling in the past. I needed to find the same source of goods everywhere, negotiate prices, confirm the progress of purchases, and follow the delivery date. The workload was very heavy. Now there are very few follow-selling, and I mainly promote my own products. The workload and work intensity are completely different from before, so I can't take too much. The operation staff asked what was going on and then didn't say anything. Then I called and urged the progress of the uncle and aunt's fingertip spinning assembly team organized by my father in Shantou... 4月13号晚上,运营仔发信息说按我们说的来操作,让我们准备好文件大家确认。他一再强调目前是赢利状态,虽然资金不多但是没有亏损,所以他希望能有一个财务清算的归还投资款的时间限制。他希望是最迟在一个月的时间,最迟不能超过5月12号吧。我在担心现金问题,但资金仔说不用担心,指尖陀螺稳定都是现金出货肯定可以解决。 4月13号晚上,运营仔退伙文件签字、按手印,也不再在公司上班。运营仔临时要求在退伙文件中增加退伙后不再追究任何经济或法律问题。我瞪了一下眼,事已至此,资金仔和我说要不就这样吧,也别搞得太僵了,苦大仇深的也不好,深圳的圈子也只有这么大抬头不见低头见,我也同意了。 4月14号,运营仔到公司办理店铺各项工作交接。 4月19号,我和资金仔一起回汕头老家,指导老爸他们一帮人怎么组装测试指尖陀螺,然后老爸介绍找到的那家深汕两地的物流公司的人认识,照个面好办事。 4月25号,指尖陀螺开始稳定出货,资金仔通过物流渠道掌握的指尖陀螺卖家中大约有2/3全部从我们这里拿货,我们轴承质量好,同时都是汕头那边的大叔大妈们加工的,成品成本更低,这是资金仔确定的快速抢占市场策略的功劳,资金陆续回笼滚动了,喜悦! 4月30号,清算所有资产价值后,请运营仔过来核实,在扣减他侵占公司财产成本、扣减向资金仔的借款后,加上一些按资产价值折算的利润、将他应得的资金大约8万元悉数转给他。当时是有很多货并没有变现,这里面是和朋友借了一些现金。 我和资金仔说想早些处理干净早清爽。 当天资金仔说做股权变更或是解散公司时间长又麻烦,注册一个新的公司速度快。现在这个公司名称不好、办公室位置风水也不好,这个公司和地址就注销,也换个心情,全部重新开始吧。我也赞成。 5月5号,财务帮助处理公司解散文件,公司正式解散。 当天晚上还是邀请了运营仔一起吃个饭,但是他拒绝了。所以我就和资金仔单独吃饭了。 处理完这些乱七八糟的事后,我有一种摆脱垃圾的快感,有一丝新生的兴奋,更多的是深深的失落,原来所谓的兄弟朋友可以这样玩这样搞,一起去爬山时的互相照应嘻闹,去穿越东西涌时那种兄弟般扶持……这些都是我一箱情愿的兄弟情怀吧,屁都不算!并不是一起玩得好就算是或就可以做兄弟朋友,在极端的私利未满足前,呵呵屁都不是……我心里还怀着愧疚,我对资金仔说因为是共同的合伙人,我没有关注过我们有多少个小帐号,没有关注过每一批货的情况,没有去深入检查过任何一个店铺,因为我完全相信运营仔。现在才懂得,单纯的兄弟情做生意害人不浅,还不能完全相信好朋友好兄弟感情。 资金仔的情绪还好,只是主动要喝了点啤酒似乎是在小小宣泄着心中的郁闷,他说原来做跨境电商会这么复杂这么累,这么难搞,心累。然后对我说不能这样自责,也不能因此就不相信兄弟朋友了,因为我们是合伙人、大家有互相信任的基础,如果事事防范检查怕被骗怎么可能共事、怎么可能做得好呢?!更何况你考虑到预防到这个问题,某个地方可能会被他制造你所不知道的漏洞。所以出现这样的事与合不合伙无关,只是与人品有关,对的,就是“人品”,这样的年轻人就算是去任何一家公司上班也会一样觉得不公平觉得郁郁不得志觉得纠结,即使他能成功但他不会过得快乐的……(我知道运营仔你看得到,我们说你的坏话在这里抖出来了,你独自乐吧) 没有破产,没有打架,没有受伤,只是偶尔会有流泪,虽然是不算太糟糕的结局,虽然损失已经被控制、弥补到最低的程度,可是…… 和运营仔的故事并没有就此完结。 十二、还要继续的战斗 新的公司地址换了一个位置,希望一切重新开始,其实还是在民治这边。资金仔直接说以后运营的人不找合伙人了,全部雇佣制就好,然后用人和培训制度方面再做一些规划,如此等等的一些设想。 5月21号,之前在九方中心见面的川妹子正式到公司上班,主导销售运营工作。我的主要时间精力就又回归到产品开发这方面了,然后每天要花时间解决指尖陀螺轴承供货、客户交期的问题。 日子似乎又这样恢复了平淡有序,每天为增加店铺销量、开发有竞争力的产品而忙碌。资金仔特别提醒指尖陀螺这个只会是一阵风,不能太专注,催促着尽量多一些私模的产品。周末我也会参加跨境电商圈的一些聚会了,基本上每次都会喊着资金仔一起去,他去了几次就不想参加了…… 5月22号左右,运营仔电话联系我,希望我能中止不要继续写这篇文章,说知无不言社区上都是亚马逊的同行,这样影响面太大,希望我们遵守承诺不要黑他。资金仔也看到这篇文,他也说就这样算了、不要把这个熄下去的事又捡起来再伤一堆人的心了,我也同意并已计划太监掉这篇流水文的(知道社区朋友们会骂)。 但是,在6月初,新的战斗又吹响了号角! 主角还是那位运营仔! 我在给**知识产权事务所提交私模产品国内实用新型专利申请全套资料后,大约3天,他们就回复我,这个和很久以前某家公司的申请内容几乎是完全一样的,产品图档、内容描述等等,几乎完全一样,这个通过不了的可能性百分百。 我直觉的反应就是运营仔这个垃圾人,是他,我们都认识这家知识产权事务所。再次追问后,他们还是不愿意透露申请的公司名称和个人名称,但是他们委婉的表达出,让我去看看这个产品在美国市场的外观专利情况,CAO!!
