What is a Top-rated Seller? Top-rated Seller Reviews
eBay measures sellers' performance through buyers' transaction experience and has certain standards and requirements for sellers' performance. According to the minimum standards for eBay sellers, seller status levels can be divided into several standards, and the most advanced ones are Top-rated Sellers. eBay will review the sellers' Top-rated Seller status every month to determine whether the sellers' performance meets the standards. Once the standards are not met, the Top-rated Seller status will be lost. Top-rated Seller in English and TRS in Chinese are abbreviated .

Sellers can only become eBay Top Rated Sellers on these three sites if they meet the standards of these three sites. From September 22, 2011, in order to select and reward high-quality super sellers who continue to provide high-quality services to buyers, eBay will launch the "eBay Top Rated Seller" on eBay.com.au according to global standards.

Starting May 1, 2017, all top-rated sellers will receive a $30 promotional listing subsidy each quarter to create promoted listings, regardless of whether they have opened an eBay store.

Starting May 20, 2017, the tracking information upload requirement for eligibility for Top Rated Seller status will be increased from 90% to 95%.
