According to foreign media reports, the US cross-border e-commerce platform Gossby recently announced that its annual brand entry rate has increased by 200%. It is understood that Gossby is an e-commerce platform that focuses on creating personalized products such as ceramic mugs, blankets and T-shirts. With the popularization of e-commerce, its brand entry rate has also greatly increased.


It is learned that during the epidemic lockdown, many consumers chose to customize items on Gossby, which led to a sharp increase in Gossby's sales. Today, Gossby is loved by consumers in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada and Australia, and has 27,824 praises on Trustpilot.com (an e-commerce review service website).


Do Thanh Luan, founder of Gossby, said that Gossby is not just an e-commerce marketplace, but also a technology-based brand that customizes products according to customer requirements and sells personalized designs and art to consumers around the world.


It is reported that Gossby has currently reached cooperation with 15 manufacturers to fulfill customer orders and has more than 60 customer service representatives who can provide consumers with 24-hour service through instant chat, email and call center.
