The USPS shipping rate increase is undoubtedly bad news for sellers, but that’s not all. The USPS has also added a new penalty in this price increase: if the customer does not provide the size or the size is incorrect in the warehouse receipt, a fee of $1.50 will be charged for packages larger than 1 cubic foot or longer than 22 inches.
