Registration Information Requirements

Registration Process

1. Click to log in to Amazon's official website gs.amazon.cn to register, and select the North American site to register

(Note: Please note that during the registration process, all information should be filled in in Pinyin or English!!!)

2. Create a user and enter the email address as required

3. Fill in the account name, email address, and create a user password

4. For company users, fill in the company registration name in English or Pinyin. For individual users, fill in the personal name in English or Pinyin. Check to agree to the relevant agreement.

5. Continue to enter the seller's information using pinyin or English

6. Enter credit card information

① Please use a dual currency credit card that can pay in US dollars

②Visa and Master Card are both accepted

③ Confirm whether the default address information is the same as the credit card billing address. If different, please fill in the address in English or Pinyin.

④The credit card holder and the account registrant do not need to be the same person; personal credit cards can also be used for corporate accounts

⑤If the information filled in is correct, the system will attempt to pre-authorize the credit card to verify that the credit card has credit limit. The cardholder may receive a pre-authorization reminder from the issuing bank.

⑥You can change your credit card information at any time during registration and account operation.

⑦This credit card is used for account settlement. If the balance in your seller account is not enough to offset the relevant amount, the system will deduct the monthly fee or other sales fees from your credit card.

⑧ If you receive a notification that the credit card information registered in your seller account is invalid, please check the following information:

Billing address. This address must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Check with your bank to confirm that your credit card has not expired, has sufficient credit limit, and has no restrictions on online debits for the declined amount.

7. Verify phone number – You can use the phone number to receive a verification code or receive a text message

Click "Contact me now" and you will receive a call from the system. Then the computer will display a 4-digit number. Pick up the phone and enter the 4-digit number, ending with #, to complete the verification. Please note: Many times the system will have problems and the verification will fail. After trying 2 times, please change the number or SMS verification. If you fail 3 times, it will take 1 hour to continue.

8. Conduct a tax audit

North America Station: Legal person ID card + business license + bill

c. The business license in mainland China should be more than 60 days away from the expiration date, and the business registration regulations in Hong Kong should be more than 45 days away from the expiration date.

d. The address on the business license must be consistent with the business address you filled in on the seller platform

Other considerations

1. If you are a mainland China company seller, there is no mandatory requirement for the bank statement upload area. You can choose to upload or place a blank document.

2. If you have multiple copies, please merge them into one file for uploading.

3. We do not accept files sent by email. Please upload the information through the link provided.

4. If you are a Hong Kong company seller, you need to submit another certificate to prove that the director is the actual director of your company. You can submit this certificate together with your ID card.
