A Plan of Action (POA) is a letter of appeal that sellers need to submit to Amazon when their accounts are suspended due to poor performance, violation of sales policies, or infringement. As a seller whose account has been suspended, you need to try to convince the Amazon team to restore your sales privileges, so the POA appeal letter must be convincing.

Now, Amazon has given more wiggle room. These emails are usually subject to "You are at risk of being suspended" or "Please submit an action plan to avoid suspension".
