We also fully understand the sellers' demand for the delivery of battery-carrying products, so we are gradually promoting the launch of logistics solutions for battery-carrying products. Q: Under what circumstances will SpeedPAK compensate the seller for losses caused by logistics?

Q: Sellers often encounter the problem of additional weight charges when sending packages. Can you introduce a clearer billing standard?

A: There are several main standards:

If any side of the package is less than 40cm, the actual weighing result will still be used as the billing weight.

When any side of the package is greater than or equal to 40cm but the volume weight of the package is no more than 30% greater than the actual weight, the current weight calculation method will still be used, and the actual weighing result will be used as the billing weight.

When any side of the package is greater than or equal to 40cm, and the volumetric weight of the package is more than 30% greater than the actual weight, the item will be considered as bulk cargo, and a volumetric weight fee will be charged for the bulk portion that exceeds 30% of the actual weight.
