Amazon reduces its storage capacity again. Sellers: Are we not allowed to do this anymore?

I don’t know if you have noticed that last year’s peak season ended very early. In previous years, the order volume was basically good until the 22nd or 23rd.
Last year, many sellers reported that their orders were cut in half starting on the 18th. In fact, this was also caused by Amazon. There were still several days before Christmas, but many product sales pages showed the message "arriving after Christmas", which resulted in a large number of products that sellers had originally planned to sell during the Christmas peak season being unable to sell. Needless to say, Amazon's warehouses were short of manpower and could not afford to give bonuses to employees to work overtime.
However, since 2021, Amazon's logistics delivery fees have increased three times. If calculated proportionally, the increase has reached 30%. These are all costs borne by Amazon sellers, but the matching warehousing and logistics services have been reduced again and again.

It took a lot of effort to get most sellers to accept the limited storage capacity during the peak season, thinking that they would be able to ship and restock after Christmas. As expected, the storage capacity was indeed released and expanded during the Christmas week.
I thought things were finally moving in a good direction, but on January 2nd, the storage capacity was reduced on a large scale.
The reduction in storage capacity this time is really unacceptable to sellers. It’s only two weeks away from the holiday, and a large amount of stock needs to be arranged, but there is absolutely no way to do it now.
There are two other export-related messages to note:
Starting from January 1, 2023, my country will adjust import and export tariffs on some commodities
Starting from January 1, 2023, my country will implement temporary import tariffs lower than the most-favored-nation rates on 1,020 commodities. The agreed tariffs will be applied to some commodities originating from 29 countries or regions under 19 agreements.
The United States announced an extension of tariff exemptions for 352 Chinese products for 9 months
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) issued a statement announcing that the tariff exemption period for 352 Chinese products, which was originally scheduled to expire at the end of 2022 (December 31), will be extended by nine months to September 30, 2023, and will take effect on January 1, 2023.
