Some sellers said that they were directly banned, while many sellers said that their backend displayed normal status, but they could not sell on the front end. Amazon did not inform these sellers why their stores were blocked. Many sellers opened cases and even contacted service providers for inquiries, but could not get a response. What is very strange this time is that many sellers even had their inquiry cases directly closed by Amazon, and the unblocking service providers also took the opportunity to drive up the prices, and the unblocking services were raised several times. But the sellers’ efforts were not in vain, and some clues were still found. ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ Reasons for closing the store Some sellers reported that they found out the reasons for their closure were as follows: At first glance, I have no idea what the reason is. However, according to the information I collected, the content of this reason is actually " only the TT team can view the detailed reasons for the freeze ". The TT team is not open to the public, which means that sellers cannot check the specific reasons for their own suspension. However, this reason does match another type of ban situation - Sanctions-Account Suspension. This closure is mostly due to the second review and the review caused by the change of payment account/company information. In other words, this large-scale closure of stores is likely related to the second review of a large number of accounts some time ago. However, there is another group of sellers who were not asked to upload information such as business licenses and bills to unblock them at the beginning. They were simply told that their store was being reviewed. Some sellers will receive emails requiring them to provide additional information during the review process, but some sellers are unblocked without any action taken after being reviewed for more than ten days. This situation usually occurs when Amazon is screening dangerous goods/prohibited goods. Since the seller’s cooperation is not necessarily required, the order may be automatically reviewed and unblocked without the seller taking any action. And just a few days ago, Amazon was criticized by the media for selling banned and illegal products on its website, so this speculation is possible. From the current perspective, this wave of store closures should be the result of two different actions that happened to collide with each other, which resulted in so many sellers having their stores closed at the same time. One reason is that the store was banned due to the second review, and the other reason is because of the dangerous goods review. Both the second review and dangerous goods occurred frequently at the beginning of this month , so I guess this conclusion is relatively reliable. Regardless of whether it is the second review or the prohibited goods review, all the seller can do is to cooperate with the official to provide information and wait. At this juncture, I do not recommend that you look for an unblocking service provider, as it is very easy to fall into a trap. If you receive an email asking you to submit materials for the second review, I recommend that you use a bank statement, which has a higher pass rate.
