Amazon's new policy causes strong dissatisfaction among consumers?

This year, Amazon's traffic is indeed not as good as in previous years. This is not due to the platform's own operational problems, but more and more people and platforms are paying attention to the dividends of cross-border trade.

This year, orders have been declining day by day, and sellers of low-priced products have suffered a big "cold snap". Amazon has obviously become a reference for consumers when purchasing goods, so the sales of Temu and Shein have skyrocketed several times in half a year.

"This year's orders are pitifully few, and have been cut in half."

"This year's work is so unsatisfying and suffocating."

“The biggest comfort: the account is still there.”

NANA found that sellers on major social platforms have reported that their harvests this year have been poor. Some sellers plan to close their stalls early and go home for the New Year, while others have learned to find joy in adversity and said that as long as the account is still there, it’s fine, after all, they have cleaned up their account this year.

Amazon's new policy sparks dissatisfaction

Amazon's recently revised return policy has caused strong dissatisfaction among consumers. The new policy stipulates that Amazon can determine whether buyers abuse the return policy. If it is determined to be "abuse", these buyers may be required to pay for shipping or cannot get a refund.

Many buyers strongly oppose Amazon's practice.

A typical example is a TikTok consumer who said that he placed an order of more than $300 about a month ago and then applied for a refund. A few days later, he found that Amazon had deducted the return fee from the user's bank card. The seller was shocked and called Amazon for a reasonable explanation, but only replied with "new policy."

Then the seller broke down and said that he would never shop on Amazon again. The video has been played over a million times, and many users have posted comments to share their dissatisfaction with Amazon.

It seems that Amazon is not only charging sellers, but also buyers. It has to be said that if there is no solution to this incident, it will definitely have a certain impact on Amazon's future traffic. Traffic is very expensive now, and many platforms will try their best to maintain their platform traffic. Sellers also hope that the platform will get better and better, so that they can benefit each other.
