Cross-border recruitment has become crazy! The base salary is 20,000! The profit is 28%! Just for...

What is the average salary in Shenzhen's cross-border e-commerce industry? We have conducted a survey before!

Among the more than 700 people who participated in the survey, 50% had a monthly salary below 8,000 yuan, of which 22% had a monthly salary below 5,000 yuan; conversely, 39% had a monthly salary above 10,000 yuan, of which 15% had a monthly salary above 25,000 yuan , showing a clear two-tier differentiation.

During the process, we also discovered a common phenomenon: large cross-border companies tend to have stricter control over salaries; while small startups value employees' personal abilities more and are willing to offer higher salaries.

The following post also confirms our research results.

The basic salary is 20,000 yuan! The net profit is 20:80, this boss is popular

These months are the peak recruitment season for the cross-border industry, and many companies offer salaries above the industry average.

Recently, a senior operator posted:

I joined a startup company, and later I may have to complete development, procurement, warehousing and logistics, packaging and delivery, art design, operations, and finance independently. The boss is only responsible for providing funds and said that he will not recruit any more people for at least half a year!

In terms of remuneration, the base salary is 20,000 yuan, and the commission is 20% of the net profit. You have to make a net profit of more than 200,000 yuan a month to get a commission, otherwise you will just get the base salary without any commission.

The boss is very decisive and the type of person who does what he says. He selects the products in advance and sends out 1,000 or 2,000 of them. He chooses products that can generate at least 1,000 orders per month.

He interviewed more than 20 operators and only chose the poster. He signed a one-year labor contract upon joining the company. Faced with such treatment, the poster said he was tempted, but he didn't know if he could stand the test! Should he do it?

A base salary of 20,000 has already beaten 80% of Amazon operations. If commissions are added to that, then you might be the one standing at the top of the industry pyramid. It would be a lie to say you’re not tempted!

As soon as the post was published, it aroused heated discussion among sellers:

1. Give me the boss’s contact information and I’ll do it!

2. Don't be afraid, just do it. After all, 20,000 is guaranteed.

3. Definitely do it. With a net profit of 200,000, the commission is 40,000, plus the base salary is 60,000. Even with the base salary alone, it is 20,000. My net profit in the off-season is more than 200,000, and the commission plus the base salary is only 20,000. In the peak season, the salary is doubled or tripled, and it is only 40,000.

Some sellers also expressed their objections:

1. A business done in partnership will not last long. When the profits are getting bigger and bigger, this is the time to test a person the most. At that time, if you are kicked out and your share of the profits is not given, you will have nothing to say.

2. As someone who has been through this, I can tell you that my first job in Shenzhen was that I was the only one in charge of operations. I really don’t recommend going there. You must go to a place where you have colleagues, not just to communicate with each other. In addition, in a startup company, you are responsible for everything from product selection and packaging to labeling. How can you have time to operate the company?

Forget about the commissions, it's just empty promises, unless the company is willing to spend resources on you. But you also have to think that companies are more cautious in the early stages of their business and won't be willing to spend much money on you. Don't go!

Some sellers also said:

You only get 16,000 out of a base salary of 20,000, and then spend another 4,000 to hire a handyman to help.

In this matter, a hundred people have a hundred different opinions. What I want to say is that you can still give it a try after confirming all the details with your boss and signing all the contracts in black and white in advance!

And suggest the boss to expand the team, after all, it is difficult for one person to complete all the work such as development, procurement, warehousing and logistics, packaging and delivery, art design, operation, finance, etc...

Is it really that easy to make money by starting an Amazon business?

As more and more people join the Amazon startup industry, I can't help but ask: Is it really that easy to make money on Amazon? Many entrepreneurs have experienced countless ups and downs at one time!

I haven't worked for 1.4 months. I invested 40,000 yuan and got back 15,000 yuan. I can't do it anymore! I don't know how to choose products, they are all unsalable, and the quality is not good!

Hey, the account registered with my ID card has placed 300 orders, 0 feedback, and 20 reviews for 4 products. My biological clock has been messed up if I don’t check or measure. I want to go back to work!

2. I am also working on my own now. My first new product has failed, and the second one has just been launched. The orders are also very small. Before I quit my job, I thought that if I could sell four or five hundred US dollars a day, my income would be over ten thousand.

Now I burn incense and pray to Buddha if I can earn one or two hundred dollars a day. I feel that I still have a long way to go and a lot to learn...

3. The store was opened for 7 months, and all the money earned before was used to buy inventory. As a result, two products were infringed and became fake in the past two months. All the goods were unsold, and the loss was heavy. All the money earned before was lost.

Of course, the initial investment in Amazon is registration, and I believe that many friends have successfully landed! Regardless of success or failure, the process of entrepreneurship is full of variables and torment, and it is never easy.

Starting an Amazon business is a process of constantly examining yourself. When the money you receive can cover your expenses, everything will be fine! You must firmly believe that everything in the past is just a prologue, and everything in the future is promising.
