A few days ago, the purchase win rate of many Japanese sellers suddenly plummeted , and for many sellers the data even dropped below 10%. The sellers also reported that they had not been copied or had any violations, which made many sellers panic.

 

After this phenomenon continued for two days, Amazon finally gave the seller an explanation , informing him that the phenomenon was caused by a system failure.


              


Because of system failure, problems arise on the seller's side. The seller is often confused at this time. The seller said that he just wants to give Amazon a cold shoulder and learn the lesson himself.

Such pictures are in compliance with Amazon's picture upload rules, but when the sellers save them, they will receive a prompt that "providing pictures will bring more sales opportunities."


Whether new or old products, they will all receive a "SUPPRESSED" display and a first picture warning : Pictures can attract buyers' attention and help them decide whether to buy the product.

Without any warning, the main picture was "disabled". Without knowing the reason, the seller tried to modify the picture, update the background, and update the table, but none of them worked. The background error was still in the picture guide module. Many sellers were puzzled. What is the reason and how to solve it?

As more and more sellers are affected, Amazon will pay more attention and speed up the recovery. Sellers just need to wait for recovery!
