These favorable conditions will further play the role of the railway as the backbone of international logistics and play an important role in transforming the Silk Road from the original "trade road" to an "economic belt" with industrial and population agglomeration in the "Belt and Road" strategy. The initial operation plan of the Zhengzhou-Liege China-Europe Express is to have one outbound train and one return train per week, and the frequency will gradually increase. In addition to providing services to Belgian companies, the train also serves neighboring countries such as France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, and Italy, promoting further integration of the China-Europe trade channel. In 2013, this data was US$559.1 billion. Economist Song Qinghui pointed out in an interview with a reporter from Times Weekly that the original intention of opening the China-Europe freight train is to connect with the country's westward strategy, and the China-Europe freight train has also become an important part of the Silk Road Economic Belt development strategy and has risen to the height of the national strategy.
