Entrance

In the report option of Amazon Seller Central, select Business report from the drop-down menu to see the specific data. The reported data can usually be up to two years.

introduce

The left side of the Business report displays three types of panels: Sales Dashboard, Business report with classified data by date or ASIN, and Amazon selling coach.

1. Sales Dashboard

You can see the seller's sales data for the day (updated every hour), and you can also compare sales data at different times. Sellers can compare data from today, yesterday, today last week, and today last year. You can also customize the time to understand sales.

2. Business report with classified data by date or by ASIN

It is classified by date, ASIN code and other business reports. You can see the sales volume and visit volume, seller performance, refund rate, number of refunds, gold shopping cart percentage, feedback received, A-to-z disputes, conversion rate and other data that sellers are very concerned about.

3. Amazon Selling Coach

Amazon's sales guide is a guide for sellers on product sales, logistics, inventory, and the lowest price among peers. Amazon's sales guide is updated daily.

Note: It is possible to know which month has more or less than that month, so that sellers can adjust their sales policies in time. However, the inventory and pricing information may not reflect the seller’s latest inventory and price reports.

Focus on indicators

1. Traffic: The access records of this product. Products with high session frequency and page views are the easiest to be discovered.
2. Buy Box percentage: The percentage of the shopping cart. The seller who owns the Buy Box has a greater chance of winning the sale.

Buy Box Percentage can reflect whether the seller is copied by others. If the ratio is low, it should attract the seller's attention.

3. Conversion: How to convince customers to add products to their shopping carts. To increase conversion rates, you should change your mindset and think about it from the customer’s perspective.

The focus is on improving the page, using promotional methods, buyer reviews, and pictures.

About Update

The detail page sales and traffic data in the business report is generally delayed by 2 days.
