Usage Process

1. Register an account and pass real-name authentication

2. Follow the route guide and select logistics to place the order

3. Wait for the package to be collected or deliver it to the logistics provider

On June 26, 2015, Shanghai Post and Wish jointly launched a new logistics service product - Wish Post.

In December 2015, six more connecting cities were added: Beijing, Yiwu, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

From January to April 2016, the Wish online mail docking platform shipped nearly 60 million international parcels.

On April 29, 2016, Wish, the largest mobile shopping platform in North America, announced the completion of a comprehensive system upgrade of Wishpost, which enhanced the system's scalability, provided more functions, and better satisfied the user experience.

Starting from October 28, 2016, Wish Mail launched the "Wish Mail Escort Plan": Wish merchants who use the Wish Mail platform to ship orders will receive active compensation of up to 50% of the transaction amount provided by the logistics company for order refund losses due to logistics reasons.

In 2017, WishPost-E-Post will temporarily close the E-Post Germany-bound service starting from August 30.

On May 17, 2017, Wish Post-China Post Small Parcel officially launched 16 new warehouses: Hangzhou, Jinhua, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Xiamen, Chongqing, Tianjin, Suzhou, Hefei, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Xuchang, Quanzhou, Foshan, and Zhangpu.

On March 7, 2018, WishPost launched a new product bound for Germany - WishPost-YunExpress China-Germany Express!
