The seller needs to ship the goods within the set DTS (days to ship) For SLS shipment basis: Only when the seller sends the goods to the Shopee warehouse and is scanned, the goods status will change from "pending shipment" to "in transit" If the package has not been scanned and put into the warehouse after DTS+2 days, the order is still in the "pending shipment" status and will be counted as late shipment by the system, but the order will still be valid. 2. If the seller does not ship the order for a long time, the order will be cancelled (1) If the seller has not shipped the goods within DTS + 5 days, the system will automatically cancel the order, and the seller's order completion rate will decrease. (2) Automatic cancellation for non-arrival will be changed from DTS+7 days to DTS (working days)+5 days (all natural days). DTS (delivery time set in the backend) will be postponed if it encounters holidays (including weekends), but it should be noted that only DTS=N will be postponed if N encounters holidays, but +5 will not be postponed and is a natural day. Shipping Operation Guide1. Shipping instructions for each region Sellers need to first send the package to the warehouse corresponding to each channel. After the warehouse scans the package, it will be transported internationally. Packaging and Shipping Requirements Sellers can pack multiple packages and send them to SLS's forwarding warehouse. Indonesia SLS Prohibited Items• The state has expressly prohibited the export of goods, such as antiques, currency, counterfeit and fake brand items, spray containers, alcoholic liquids, asbestos, butane lighters, medical waste, toxic substances, corrosive substances, counterfeit banknotes, medicines, etc.; no dry ice, flammable and explosive items, obscene items, magnetic items that exceed the standard, oxides and organic peroxides, weapons and ammunition, soluble paints and coatings; pure batteries, CDs, aviation dangerous goods banned items and items banned by the customs of the destination importing country are not accepted; nail polish cannot be shipped, pure batteries cannot be shipped, power banks cannot be shipped, and IPhone is a banned product and cannot be shipped. Indonesia SLS Special Products• SLS will automatically divide special goods and general goods according to product categories • Special goods: food, cosmetics, pure liquid and liquid-containing products, adult products.
